I order a lot of gummy vitamins as they are my preferred way to ingest my supplements. I find I’m way less likely to forget a dose as I look forward to taking them each day. These magnesium and zinc gummies are not your typical orange or strawberry. They are a blue berry flavor that is really tasty and a nice change. They aren’t sticky either so you don’t have to worry about them getting stuck in the bottom of the bottle or peel g them apart from each other, like other gummies. These won’t leave a stickiness to your fingers either. The co site cut is also great. I would highly recommend

They aren’t bad tasting but the texture isn’t the best. They are sugar free, so I guess that’s the trade-off. At $22 (at time of writing) for a one month supply, these lean more to the expensive side. If there is a coupon available, that helps, but I’d prefer to see a better value proposition for the money. Though it is a vitamin complex, these don’t have any questionable “herbal” ingredients in it so that’s good. If they are on sale, I can recommend these.

These little gummy bears have a deliciously strong berry flavor that is very enjoyable. I decided to give these a try because I take D3 and K2 daily, and I was curious to see if adding calcium, magnesium, and zinc in gummy form would offer any benefits. Total of 60 gummies, so it’s a one-month supply. Safety sealed with child proof lid. Country of origin is USA.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the quality of this nutraceutical product from OALSE. The bottle arrived with a triple seal for added protection – plastic wrapping around the entire bottle; hard plastic wrap around the cap; foil seal over the mouth of the bottle. There was no cardboard IFC/box but the bottle itself was labeled well. It included most of the necessary information I sought – country of origin, manufactured in a GMP facility, vitamin and mineral details, and inactive ingredients.
Flavor is subjective, but I found the blueberry taste to be good and not too sweet. I also felt the gummy texture was fine – soft but not too chewy. A serving of 2 gummies provides a full daily amount (100% DV or higher) of several essential vitamins and minerals….but none in excessive amounts.
The only negatives are (1) a full serving requires ingestion of 2 gummies and (2) the bottle only contains a month supply (60 gummies total). At this price point, I was hoping for a larger quantity of the nutraceuticals.
People Found –
First off – these are super tasty. I had two at night, two in the morning, and I snuck one or two here and there.
It’s hard for me to speak to the ingredients other than the magnesium definitely did it’s job in terms of regularity. The other ingredients, like D3 and K2 – these are usually not as noticeable, but if they’re in there as honestly as the magnesium glycinate, then I expect this to be spot on as well.
Definitely a nice product!

I like these! The blueberry flavor is tasty and definitely comes through. They include most of the supplements I try to take daily especially magnesium and D3. Love that they are sugar-free, and I don’t have to worry about taking them at a specific time of the day due to the low calorie count. They are softer than usual gummy bears, and do not have slime or weird texture. Packaging made me feel safe, with plastic wrap that has to be removed before opening. Overall, I am pleased.
One thing – for a one-month supply this is somewhat steep in price, but with a coupon would be more affordable.
