The 90 count gummies are sugar free and have a consistency similar to a Dots Gumdrop. Not super gummy, but still gummy. I have noticed a difference in my ability to maintain baseline which is nice. The zinc and vitamin d added into this is really a nice addition for my family during this rain season where vitamin d only exists in supplements haha

FAVORITE FLAVOR]: I’ve become a big fan of the “adult” gummy supplements, as they are so easy to remember to take – LOL. Flavor wise, these strawberry gummies do not disappoint. They are hands down my favorite of all the ones I’ve tried thus far. I’d eat the whole bottle if I didn’t put them away!
[IMMUNE AND STRESS SUPPORT]: I have an auto-immune condition that affects my GI system and can be triggered by stress. So, anything that helps keep my mind and body level is of interest to me. I’ve never tried Ashwagandha before but it’s listed as an adaptogen used to help the body adapt to stress. Seeing it included in this gummy made me excited to try this blend. (See ingredient warning below if you have GI issues.)
[VEGETARIAN AND NUTRIENT BOOST]: As a vegetarian, I’m always looking for ways to increase my B6, B12, Folic Acid, and D3. I’m thrilled to get those along with calcium and magnesium all in a vegan gummy! My only disappointment is they don’t contain K2 to help assimilate the D3.

[WARNING]: These gummies contain Maltitol and Xylitol, which can sometimes cause problems like bloating, gas, and diarrhea in people with IBS, or other related conditions. I haven’t noticed any issues from these gummies, but historically, I’ve not had trouble with these ingredients. If you have GI issues, you may wish to consult your doctor before adding these to your supplement routine.
[FINAL THOUGHTS]: Overall, I really like these gummies. The taste is sooo good, and the nutrient blend is *almost* perfect for my needs. While I’d love iron in this gummy, I wouldn’t really expect it for this blend. However, I am disappointed in the lack of K2 to help with D3 assimilation (especially, in a calcium supplement). Despite this, I like them enough to replace a couple of my daily supplements with them, even if they can’t stand in for all of them. Highly recommend! (Just, remember to take your K!!!)

This bottle of Calcium Magnesium Zinc Sugar-Free Gummies were very easy to chew and swallow and had great flavor. I took them each morning because they contained 600 mg of calcium, 300 mg of magnesium, and 10 mg of zinc, along with with essential vitamins like D3, B6, B12, and folic acid. As a senior, this combination is essential for me and appreciate a company that manufactures products that are easy to take. Well worth it as I completed the entire amount and will return to purchase more.

Great to use with multi vitamins if your vitamins are lower in minerals than you prefer. These have excellent flavor and texture and easy to chew. So much easier than many calcium magnesium supplements which frequently are in a hard larger tablets and more difficulty to swallow. Dissolves quickly after chewing with good flavor and consistency. Some gummies I have tried have had harder to chew texture and not much taste. These have really pleasant taste and seems to melt in your mouth after minimal chew. I never liked the large hard tablets that were always hard for me to swallow so I would have to chop them up

These raspberry flavored gummy bears are a little on the large side. The consistency is a very like a firm candy gummy, not too sticky and they do not stick together in the bottle. They are easy to chew and swallow and quite tasty. They provide good supplemental amounts of calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D, and the ashwagandha in the mix helps me fall asleep more readily when these are taken at bedtime. The bottle has a child proof cap which is a definite plus as these are very like candy. They have not caused any stomach upset or digestive issues.
