    I am so very pleased with the pill size and ease to swallow!! I searched and tried two brands that I choked on and just could not get down my throat. I live alone and choking scared me. My doctor wanted me to take calcium supplements for bone health. I am very pleased with this product!

    For some reason, I could not get enough Calcium, Potassium, and Magnesium. So when there is a new Calcium supplement I have to buy and try it. The “Built by Nature Calcium Supplement 1200mg with Vitamin D3 – Calcium Carbonate Tablets, Best Mineral for Women, Men, Pregnant & Prenatal – Easy to Swallow Size, 120 Tablets” by “Built By Nature” is a new Calcium supplement with added Vitamin D3.

    Everybody knows the importance of Calcium and Vitamin D3 so I will not expound on it anymore.

    What To Like:
    a.) Contains 1200 mg Calcium (92% RDA)
    b.) Contains 40 mcg of Vitamin D3 (200% RDA)
    c.) Plastic wrap-around protection
    d.) Safety Security Foil at the mouth of the bottle
    e.) Expiration date at the bottom of the bottle
    f.) Long shelf life – 16 months for the bottle I received
    g.) GMP certification

    What Not To Like:
    a.) Presence of ingredients that may compromise health. The two am most worried about here are Magnesium Stearate (ongoing studies show it weakens immune T-Cell function) and Talc. The Talc added is not labeled as USP. Only supplements with “Talc USP” labels are asbestos-free. Since rated as GRAS, the company does not need to test Talc for purity or contamination.
    b.) No USP certification

    Because of the presence of Talc and the manufacturer not using “Talc USP”, it is hard to recommend this supplement. The search for Calcium supplements continues.
