I am a vegan with osteoporosis and am trying to avoid the horrible medications available. After much research, I found that this supplement contains all of the plant based ingredients that may help to strengthen bones. I have taken it for three days and have had, like another reviewer, stomach distress and digestive issues. Am wondering if it is the turmeric or red algae causing it! Will give it a few more days to see if I tolerate it better. I was so hopeful that I had found the answer to helping naturally with this supplement.

This product comes in a 180 count bottle. It will last you right at a 2 month supply. The serving size is 3 capsules, which are easy to swallow. I did not experience any aftertaste. Included minerals and vitamins are vitamin d3, calcium, Magnesium, zinc, turmeric and black pepper. It is great for bone and joint health!

It is reassuring to me to be able to support my bones with this red marine algae derived form of Calcium Magnesium complex which also naturally also provides at least 13 additional essential minerals. They have included a natural sourced Vitamin D3 as well, plus a good amount of K2 to help keep the calcium going into the bones instead of causing damage by depositing in the wrong places (tissues and arteries). I am usually concerned about calcium supplementation for this reason. Important to me, in the winter, I try to get a total of about 30mg of elemental Zinc. This supplement will contribute 3.5mg toward that total since Zinc Picolinate contains about 21% elemental zinc.
The patented Bioperine is a concentrated natural black pepper extract with potential benefits for aiding digestion, enhancing nutrient absorption, and providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. This is also needed to help obtain these kind of benefits and joint support from Turmeric by enhancing its’ absorption. I like the quality focus of this brand: displayed on the bottle are the logo emblems indicating this supplement is Non-GMO, Lab Tested, made in the USA in FDA & GMP approved manufacturing facilities, so I can rely on the listed ingredients. I appreciate that they have not contaminated these capsules with the fillers that so many supplements often include. It is nice that this is a 2 month supply, plenty of time to try them out.

There’s a lot to like in this calcium supplement. For starters, I like that this product has been third-party tested and is manufactured using GMP in an FDA registered facility. It uses the preferred form of Vitamins D (D3) and K2 (Menaquione-MK-7), and combines a number of ingredients that work synergistically to help the body absorb calcium in the right places. Consumers should be aware that this product contains 1,000 IU of vitamin D3, as they should take that in to account if they are already supplementing with Vitamin D3. This product is free of extra additives, such as magnesium stearate, which is often added to supplements to make the encapsulating machinery work smoothly. The capsules are of a typical size for a calcium supplement, and have no after-taste.

My last lab results showed that I am extremely low of Vit D , that got me searching for a quality supplement. These contain Vitamin D3, calcium, magnesium , zinc , turmeric and black pepper extract to help the absorption of the turmeric. These are all non-gmo, vegan, soy free , lab tested and manufactured in the USA giving me confidence in their quality. The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I’ve experienced just slight stomach upset the first few days of taking but as my body got used to them that has stopped. I have labs done again in a few months and can’t wait to see if they have helped with my levels.

I have been taking these Plant Based vitamins for about 3 weeks. I am only taking two pills a day rather than the suggested 3 pills. I find that taking one pill in the morning with breakfast and the other with my dinner seems to work the best for me. I have been taking a multivitamin for awhile and have substituted these vitamins for my multi. Why? Because it gives me much of what I need for my aging body— Increased calcium, turmeric and D3. I have had zero stomach issues with these pills. They seem to be working just fine for me. They are easy to swallow and overall seem to be a good supplement.
