Customer Review –
This eye cream was surprisingly moisturizing, despite my initial impression. I generally don’t like fancy “applicators” on products like this (especially those stupid little roller balls), but this one is okay. It’s larger than most and had a flat-ish surface where you can see how much product you’re applying, and it actually works to spread the serum around. I still finish application by patting it in with my fingers, though.
Since this product is more serum than cream, I was sure it wouldn’t be hydrating enough for overnight use, but I’ve used it two nights in a row now and my eyes look pretty good when I wake up, and still feel hydrated in the under eye area, as much as when I use a heavier cream. That was quite surprising, and it’s a nice alternative to heavier eye creams.
I haven’t been using it long enough to see any miraculous changes, but overall, I really like this serum and the packaging

In the morning, my face feels dry and kind of tight. After I wash it, the dryness is worse. I reach for the jar on the counter and take a small amount, just enough to cover under my eyes. The texture isn’t sticky, and it sinks in fast. I don’t really think about it much after that.
About an hour later, when I’m getting ready to leave, I glance in the mirror. My face looks the same, but the skin under my eyes doesn’t feel as dry anymore. It’s like the tightness is gone, and I didn’t even notice when that changed. I head out for the day.
Later in the afternoon, I’m at my desk. My eyes are tired from staring at the screen. The area around them feels okay, though. When I used to rub my eyes, I’d notice the skin tugging a bit more than it should, but that doesn’t happen today. It’s just a small thing, but I guess it makes the day easier in a quiet way. The tube stays on the counter at home.

I ordered this eye cream in hopes of reducing the dark circles under my eyes. I was excited to try it because it contains ingredients known to address puffiness and dark circles, such as collagen, caffeine, vitamin E, and hyaluronic acid. The formula is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin like mine. After trying it, I experienced no irritation or adverse reactions.
The cream is non-greasy and odorless, which is a plus since it’s applied close to your nose. The travel size comes with a convenient applicator tip that glides on effortlessly, eliminating the need to rub it in with your fingers.
I’ve only used the product for less than a week, so I can’t yet speak to its long-term effectiveness, but my skin feels more moisturized after each application.
In conclusion, I haven’t experienced any adverse reactions, and my experience so far has been positive. While I’m unsure of its ability to remove wrinkles and dark circles, I’ll update my review if I notice any changes or encounter any issues. As of now, I’m satisfied with the product.
Cin –
I am in love with this applicator. I’ve had 3 other eye creams that have applicators but this is my favorite. It’s wide and comes out with a squeeze instead of a pump where you can’t control the amount of cream as well. And it’s cold even when it’s just sitting in the bathroom (I can’t manage to use the eye cream if I store it in the fridge). I love this applicator.
The cream itself is ok. The consistency is a teeny tiny thicker than my regular old CeraVe daily moisturizer (not the new DAY version with SPF that is like dried mud). There is no smell. I’ve been using it 2 weeks and haven’t had any reaction. I do have rosacea that is under control at the moment. My judgement is a little skewed though as I’ve been using a $60 eye cream from Image lately and I would never expect this to live up to that one.
I’d definitely buy this for a friend or family member if they need an eye cream and have bags under their eyes that would benefit from the guasha type cold smoothing applicator.
3 Fat Cats –
Been using this for a couple of days now in the mornings when my under-eyes decide they want to puff up like half-deflated air mattresses. This does indeed, help tame the poof after a couple of minutes.
The applicator is a nice little metal foot to help soothe the skin and massage the product into the area, tapering to ease it along the shape of your under-eye. This absorbs very quickly and doesn’t leave the skin feeling tacky or sticky.
The cream itself is a nice medium thickness. Nothing too heavy, but also not at all watery or super thin. There is no scent.
I also have sensitive skin and noticed no redness or irritation.

I’ve used many ‘ESSENLIS’ skincare products at this point, and I’ve loved them all… So I couldn’t wait to try out this ‘ESSENLIS’ eye cream, and it didn’t disappoint me at all.
This product is truly amazing, as the cream is a nice consistency; it’s a thicker cream, but it absorbs well into the skin. I love that the tip of the tube has a metal applicator that helps to massage the cream into the skin; I feel like it’s a comforting cool sensation, which adds benefit to my skin.
This has helped with puffiness and dark circles that happen to my under-eye areas; and has helped to firm my skin, without feeling uncomfortable. I really love this product, and use it daily. It’s been a great addition to my skincare routine, and I would absolutely order this again-if given the chance! 💗
