These supplements are a winner! They deliver on what they advertise. These supplements provide a non jittery source of energy that is balanced and doesn’t produce a crash effect when wearing off. To be honest the effects are drastic enough that you can certainly feel them but don’t leave you worn down when worn off.
I take two every day in the morning after eating and they can be felt starting to take effect within a half an hour. They certainly provide a clean, balanced source of energy that can be felt throughout the majority of the day. Also it comes in a capsule form and doesnt have the nasty taste or smell some supplements suffer from. I have taken these in the late afternoon before and have had no problem falling asleep that night. They also help me with clarity and concentration as well. I am diagnosed with ADD and these help combat it’s symptoms without the ‘Rush’ or negative feeling of a stimulant.
I highly recommend these supplements to anyone who is seeking an extra boost of energy for the day. They contain caffeine but do not give me any jitters or ill effects that caffeine came sometimes produce. Along with the caffeine they provide a good source of many natural vitamins that can help the body with energy and overall health.
If you’re on the fence about trying I’d definately recommend giving them a go. They hold true to what they advertise and are very reasonably priced considering what one can pay for similar products and vitamins.

I would like to preface this review by saying I am certainly no stranger to “energy” supplements, from benign to downright dangerous. I am and avid gym rat, and work on my feet all day long. The following are my honestly held opinions and observations of the product.
It gets one star for its price point. For the quantity of product, this price is very fair.
Add another star for its natural formulation.
Tack on one more star for it being a prime product
The 4th star is due to the additional ingredients contained.
Finally, the magical 5th star is awarded for being exactly as advertised and effective.
I have been using Motivation! for two months now. Previously, I was using caffeine anhydrous tablets and drinking coffee for years. My daily caffeine intake rarely exceeded 400mg. I am not overly sensitive to stimulants. Its just my preference to minimize caffeine intake. I have found my quality of sleep is inversely proportional to the amount of caffeine I take in, regardless of the time of day. At the time I transitioned to Motivation!, I had been at a steady dose of a single 200mg tablet of caffeine anhydrous upon waking (0600) for many months. I began Motivation! at the recommended dose, which is also 200mg, and have remained there since. Here are my findings:
Mg for Mg, this formulation will not give nearly the amount of stimulation as caffeine anhydrous will (or coffee for that matter). This is likely due to the inclusion of theanine into the formula. Its an amino acid analogue that, along with many other reported benefits (feel free to look them up), has been shown to modulate caffeine’s ability to stimulate the CNS, and reduce maximal stimulation.
Because of the inclusion of theanine, this product will give a much longer lasting increase in alertness. Caffeine anhydrous was usually reliable for 2 hours, whereas this product is fairly reliable for 5-7, depending on activity level.
I have only ever taken it in the morning upon waking, so I cant speak to its potential for sleep interference, but I can say that after switching from caffeine anhydrous, my sleep quality has slightly improved. I would infer one could use this product fairly late into the day and suffer minimal, if any disturbances in sleep (again, due to theanine).
There is a very mild, but noticeable increase in cognitive ability not observed with standard caffeine. Ginseng has been purported to augment brain function and cognition, and I suspect that’s what is behind with additional focus.
There does not seem to be any issue regarding tolerance building. 200mg of this product is just as effective today as it was two months ago.
Having read many of the reviews for this product, I will say this. DO NOT expect a rapid surge in energy. That is not at all what this product is intended for. Also, if you are accustomed to high doses of stimulants, do not expect this product to be a magic bullet. This formula is great for those who do not like the “wired” feeling, and do not wish to ingest megadoses of caffeine. The recommended “safe” zone for caffeine intake is no more than 400mg per day. Most people are well beyond that after the 4th coffee is finished at 1100. Again, to reiterate, this IS NOT oxy-elite pro (the original formula containing amphetamine analogues). It is a very gentle, but effective product that will produce noticeable results in those who dont already have burned out adrenal glands from using 1000mg+ caffeine per day.
There is one more issue to discuss, and that is the “proprietary blend”. While this doesn’t effect my views of the product’s efficacy itself, it is something that I find very frustrating. When I use a supplement, I want to know the exact amount of each active ingredient I am getting. Too many supplement companies hide behind the phrase “proprietary blend” as a means of being purposely deceitful to the consumer. I am not accusing this company of such activity, I am just stating my disdain for the old “proprietary blend” chesnut.
There you have it, denizens of Amazon. If you read my full review, and have realistic expectations, then buy with confidence! Its a great product at a great price!

(Note: I previously reviewed this product a week or two into use, and gave it three stars. I’m increasing my rating after a month of use. Also, I promise I’m not a paid review. Message me if you’re not sure. I don’t get any money from this company, as much as I wouldn’t mind it!)
Going into using this product, I was looking for something to help self-medicate my ADD and get me through my college studies. I have a very hard time staying focused, and have always noticed an improvement from using caffeine-based drinks, but never particularly liked the after-effects. So, I was definitely interested in these Motivation supplements. Here’s what I found:
* Starting off, I didn’t notice the effects very much. I felt a small difference for a couple hours, but overall it was very minimal. However, starting off, I was also a heavy energy-drink user, and typically took 200-400mg of anhydrous caffeine pills per day, and looking back, that definitely impaired my ability to get a positive effect from these, due to tolerance, etc..
* Following my “detox” from energy drinks and normal caffeine pills, I was really able to see a difference these pills made. While they still didn’t keep me awake very well, when taken separate from other caffeine products, they keep me on task for 5-6 hours, dependably. I generally use them, though, Mon-Fri, and take a break from them for the weekend, so I don’t build up a tolerance, so if you’re using them 7 days a week, your mileage may vary
* The best part of these pills: they work well to give you the positive benefits of caffeine, without many of the negative after-effects. I don’t get the typical “jittery” feeling. It’s great!
* I do notice I need the full dosage (2 capsules) in order to get the best effect. However, taking one in the afternoon helps as well(though not as much). Taking into account using 3 capsules/day for 5 days/week, a bottle lasts me about a month. At the original price, this can get very expensive, but at the current sale price of $9.95, it’s a great deal.
So finally, here are my pros and cons:
PROS
* 2 capsule dosage gives consistent 5-6 hour effects
* Works well while using, without giving nasty after-effects of caffeine
* Great for people that don’t want to be kept awake, but want an extra mental boost
* Great current price point of $9.95
CONS
* If you use other caffeine products consistently and have a high tolerance, you won’t notice a lot of effect from these
* Not a good choice to keep you up at night..
* Horrible normal pricing for what you get
Overall, if it weren’t for the normal price-point, I would probably give it 5 stars. If the 9.95 sale becomes its regular price, I might update my review. In the meantime, I think it earns its 4 stars well, and I’ll most likely continue to use it (unless I find something cheaper – poor college student).
