I use these replacement heads instead of the branded ones for my electric toothbrush. So far so good. Bristles are not too stiff and not too soft. Definitely in the Goldilocks zone for a great price point.

These brush heads do the trick, and, for the money, they are a great buy. That being said, they seem to have fewer brushes in them vs Oral B. I have not physically compared the two, so I cannot confirm this. The heads with the little rubber piece in the middle will start coming off the base while you are brushing your teeth. They work ok for awhile, but, after awhile they start slipping off the toothbrush base. They seem to do a good job and for the money you get many brush heads.

These replacement brushes works well on my Oral B toothbrush. The price is great. I never have an issue with them and my dentist can tell I am using an electric toothbrush. They beat the other stores prices and you don’t get as many at the popular brand stores. These work very well for me and will continue to order from Amazon.

They technically work, but the overall fit and design leave a LOT to be desired. First, the fit of the head over the piston/tip is a LOT tighter than the Braun head. At first I thought either I was trying to put them on backwards, or they were simply the wrong brushes. But it eventually slid down by applying about 2X-3X the force necessary to seat a Braun head. I compared multiple Braun heads against multiple Pearls, and the Pearls were all much tighter and harder to install. Second, and most annoyingly, once the head is in the “correct” position, it does not fit flush with the body of either of my Oral B units. The Pearls leave about a 1/4-1/2″ gap between the head and the body. If you try to push the Pearl head down until it IS flush, you will break the head. So my pack of 12 instantly became a pack of 11. I am lucky I didn’t break my brush. If the gap were just a cosmetic issue, I would not really care. But it makes it harder to clean the unit. I have to take the head off in order to clean the base of the shaft (which is normally covered by the Brauns). Once you accept they do not fit quite right and find the right way to seat it with the gap, they DO work. Whether or not I will think about purchasing them again will depend on whether they will last as anything close to as long as the Brauns.
