This has changed my skin for the better. I was highly skeptical because I have super sensitive skin and literally everything makes me break out. My esthetician uses a mandelic acid mask on me and it works great to clear my skin and she recommend me using a product containing mandelic. I decided to try this and it has really changed my skin so much over the last few months. My hair is the clearest its ever been. I use this morning and night after cleansing and before using any serums. I like that it is lite, almost like you are using micellar water. I personally apply it to my hand and rub it on my face but it works just as well if you use a cotton pad. It isn’t sticky or tacky and applies evenly. If you want clear skin, give this a try. You won’t be disappointed.

If you have dry and sensitive skin (that breaks out to ANY product) this is the product for you. Doesn’t leave your skin irritated or gives you the stripped feeling. A perfect part of a night time skin care routine.

I got turned onto mandelic acid last year, and the one I normally use is very pricey. I found this product on here a couple months ago and I just purchased my second bottle. Do your research, look up the benefits of mandelic acid and decide for yourself. But if you’re someone that likes mandelic acid, then this toner is for you.

I’m in my 40s and went for my first quality facial a couple months ago and the lady recommended this instead of the Paula’s choice BHA exfoliant I have been using for over a decade. Almost immediately, I noticed my pores basically disappear. I’ve had large pores my entire life and have always lived in a very humid climate. Cannot believe how great my skin looks. Not only am I getting compliments from friends and family, but even a grocery store checkout lady complimented on it when she saw my ID when I was buying wine. And it’s also cheaper than what I was buying before so yay.

**NOTE: Go “low and slow” with any new product. Start with 1x a week for a month and see how it feels. Then move onto 2x a week, 3x a week etc. to your liking. I do not suggest more than 2 or 3x a week to exfoliate for those of you with sensitive skin and ALWAYS ALWAYS wear SPF the morning after.**
I have oily/dry combination skin depending on the weather leaning more on the dry side of life. But I also live with severe dermatitis all over my body and easily react to irritants, even certain fabric materials. My face is not immune to this horrid curse! I have tried a few other chemical exfoliators marketed as sensitive skin friendly, e.g. PHAs. NOTHING helped and my skin hated it. FYI, if you haven’t already, do not purchase The Inkey List PHA toner. Total waste. This Mandelic acid exfoliator, however, is miraculous. I used it at night after double cleansing. My face felt a little warm and turned slightly pink, but not itchy or uncomfortable. I performed my usual night routine and went to bed. Woke up with glowing, plump, smooth skin after 1 use, wow! A week later I tried it again and NO pinkish tint, NO warm feeling. My skin had acclimated. Give this exfoliator a try for a couple months LOW and SLOW and you may end up loving it like I do!

Let me stress that this product as very great reviews and I truly am the black sheep here, because it truly is a great product with wholesome ingredients. My primary fault with this product is the ingredients – Mandelic acid could (and is) generally found in facial serums. are those which belong in serums, as opposed to something recommended for application BEFORE application of a toner. By the time serums are being applied, the skin is most likely going to be too sensitive to follow-up with a person’s generally routine. My advice might actually be to mix a little of this skin prep water with thick repair cream, or a serum planned for application afterwards, suck as tranexamic acid (at a low concentration of course).
