The only one problem that 1 see is that one softgel provides 450 mg which is fine for maintenance dose. I take 2-3 softfels together when i feel some pain or after sports. I hope palak come up with bigger pills

Krill mega complex is one of the most effective supplement of miduty. Go for it if you are suffering from dry skin or you can take it if you are a lactating mother, it is so good for the brain development of your baby.
. I have tried so many supplements of miduty including liver detox, pre probiotic power , collagen, vitamin c and immune shield, all are amazing.
Currently I am taking vitamin A DK , B12 and krill Omega as I am a lactating mother.
