These gummies make it easy to get my 5g of creatine in during the day. I like the gummies more than the powder because of the convenience. These also taste great and are a nice little treat when I do take them.

These creatine gummies claim to be vegan, sugar, gelatin and gluten free and they taste amazing, all of which I really appreciate especially considering that the suggested dose is 4 gummies a day. I have noticed a slight boost in endurance and stamina but to be honest most days I only take two gummies to stretch out the container a bit since it’s only a one month supply of gummies.

I like that these gummies are easy to consume and that one serving provides a high dose of creatine. The great snack either before or after workouts.

To be honest, this is the first time that I have taken creatine gummies. I specifically work out with dumbbell weights every other day and these creatine gummies do taste pretty good before or after a workout. I really like the fact that they vegan and pectin based, and most importantly are sugar-free and gluten-free. The container was well packaged and contain 120 gummies provided you take the recommended 4 gummies per day which will last you 30 days, 1250 mg of creatine per gummy.
I personally believe that taking 5000 mg of creatine everyday is too much! Everything should be in moderation. It may take a little longer to build muscle, but you’re being safe when it comes to the health of your body. Because taking too much creatine can damage your kidneys! As a result, I will only take 2 gummies per day, just to be safe. This way I have a 2 month supply which is perfect! Because most supplements that you take, you need at least six to eight weeks to notice any real difference in your lifestyle or health.
