    I bought this product from Burt’s Bee’s. The item was half full without a cap. How can you sell an item in that condition!!! I will never buy this product again.!!! Shame on you Burt’s Bee’s!!!! It is a corporate company who does not care for their customers!!!

    This product came without the clear plastic cap in my original order and the replacement. It does not come like that in the physical store. Otherwise, a really good product!

    Feels really nice and has no parabens or phthalates. My only complaint is that the spray nozzle seems to be broken and it sprays me all over, so I just put my hair back before using.

    I’m betting that I would like this product but I threw it away. It arrived in an unsealed spray bottle and there wasn’t even a cap. I didn’t want the hassle of returning it so I chucked it.

    I have used the carrot oil facial refresher, but they don’t offer it anymore. This new refresher is just as nice. Would like for them to add a dab of patchouli. 😃
