I love the “lip crayons” of Burt’s Bees – they aren’t too drying, they do last a long time, and I have Hawaiian Smolder & Niagara Overlook already.
Overall I give the “Burt’s Bees lip crayon” product line five stars.
However, I looked at the Napa Vineyard lip crayon color as pictured on the model with “fair skin” on Amazon and I thought it would work well with my skin tone. So I went ahead and purchased it through Amazon.com since I cannot find it locally *anywhere*. Unfortunately, it was *very* bright. A lovely color but not on myself. (Hence the 4 stars.)
However, Niagara Overlook is a perfect match for me.

This has the best pigment ever! I don’t care how much it cost, i definitely always come back for more. My only thing is, it constantly rubs off! There’s no smell though, its pretty durable, it’s easy to just put on, you get what you pay for!

When I walk on sunny days, I put on sunblock and then smudge on some of this product as a blush. It works great. All of the lipsticks by Burts Bees are great, but I use this one the most.

The lipstick came damaged but Amazon sent me out a replacement and that one was good. Been using this particular lip crayon for years. Love the color and the fact that it’s natural and cruelty free. It also doesn’t dry out my lips like some other brands do.

I love Burts Bees products and this lip color is no exception. The color lasts for a while and doesn’t come off easily. Not slimy like some lip color. After a bit, a nice topper of chapstick feels good.

With the extreme cold of outside and the dry, artificial heat of inside, my lips needed more TLC than my usual matte lip shades but more color than a chapstick. I am fair-skinned with dark red hair, so going without color leaves me looking very washed out. These lip crayons are the perfect solution, with a thick enough formula to provide some therapeutic moisture and a barrier from the harsh, wintry environment. The color fades evenly and is easy to apply, I don’t feel like I need five minutes and a bunch of q-tips to get a clean look. Even better, if lips are already dry, this doesn’t settle into lines or create any flakiness, it’s buttery and comfortable. I’ve come back to pick up another color (Redwood Forest) and maybe another!

Ho trovato molto buona questa matita labbra della Burt’s Bees. In realtà, è una via di mezzo tra una matita, un rossetto e un burro di cacao, ovviamente naturale e con buoni ingredienti come dev’essere per me ogni cosmetico che si rispetti.
Per quanto riguarda la consistenza la preferisco senz’altro al classico lipstick che dopo un po’ tende a irrigidire le labbra, mentre questa matita è molto idratante, morbida e nutriente senza appesantire. Poi anche il colore è molto bello, un rosa tendente al fuchsia non troppo freddo e non troppo acceso. Un altro punto di vantaggio è che non si deve temperare, la punta è automatica. Mi piace, la ricomprerò.

Jamás me había ocurrido con la marca, tengo muchos crayones del misma. Empacado siempre bien de la misma forma, pero veo colores diferentes, de lo que pedí y lo que llegó. Decidí darle oportunidad y no, puedes ver en mi foto, tres colores diferentes y así fue. El color Napa que esperaba no es en definitiva este color fresa-chamoy. Estoy esperando mi reembolso.
