I tried a few other liquid supplements before I found this one, and I’ve essentially stopped looking. It’s fairly high doses of the standard vitamins and minerals, but it’s also got some extra nootropics to help with mental clarity. There’s no artificial sweetener, which is one of the reasons I was excited to try this, so it tastes like an intense Flintstones vitamin with more metal. But it’s just a quick shot and the aftertaste doesn’t last long.
The effects are worth the less than pleasant taste; I definitely feel better when I take VM everyday. Great value too.

I have been buying vitamins and supplements from various manufacturers for decades and have a lot of independent study on nutrition. I know from having a subscription to Consumer Labs that many supplements do not contain what is listed on the label. In many cases, they only contain a fraction of the amount listed. Consumer Labs is an independent service that doesn’t accept advertising to fund their research or analysis of various products. If you want to get the shock of your life, check out Consumer Labs and take a look at all the products by well-known manufacturers that do not contain the amounts reflected on the label. Unfortunately, Consumer Labs hasn’t tested The Buried Treasure VM100 for content. Recently, I have been corresponding by email with “Robbie” from Buried Treasure. I politely asked for a third-party analysis of what is actually in the bottle. After waiting weeks for a reply, I was sent an analysis that showed that VM100 has no harmful level of contaminants like lead or mercury. But, there is no listing of how much of each nutrient is in the product. When I wrote back requesting a more detailed third-party analysis, my request was denied. I’m very frustrated with spending my money on supplements only to find out later through Consumer Labs that I was wasting my money. The VM100 Multivitamin tastes like orange juice with only a mild vitamin taste. I find it hard to believe that VM100 contains the THOUSANDS of milligrams of B vitamins that is claimed on the label. If Buried Treasure is ever tested at Consumer Labs, I will update this review.

I really like this brand and to have it in liquid form it’s a huge plus! If you don’t like swallowing pills, this is definitely for you. Do your research and you will see that Buried Treasure has been in business for many years and offer an array of vitamin immune boosting supplements. I love everything about the VM100 and take it daily. I feel great and will continue taking these supplements.

My life changed when I started using these vitamins daily – I have more energy and less “need” to take a cat nap during the day (I still like to on occasion :). After years of trying to swallow horse pill vitamins, or twenty different ones over the course of the day, I finally discovered this liquid vitamin that goes down easily. As an added benefit, I feel the effects of it within an hour as it takes much less time to digest liquid than it does horse pills! It tastes like vitamins, which I do not find unpleasant. Please be sure to shake it each time before you use it. Additionally, I felt “over-vitamined” on 2 tablespoons and switched to 1 tablespoon which works perfectly for my small, 45-year-old self. Also – keep refrigerated. One of the staples in my daily routine!

I wish they made this in a gummy or small vegetable capsule instead of this nasty tasting liquid that is messy!
I suffer from an immune disorder after taking this multivitamin for a year-and-a-half I am now one strand underneath a normal immune system! Best multi-vitamin I found on the market the downside is it tastes HORRIBLE, it leaks down the bottle when you poor it and it has to be refrigerated after opening so it’s hard to take on trips and it’s expensive. You’re looking at about $36 to $40 a month depending on where you buy it from.

The seller was terrific in fulfilling order VERY fast and went the extra step in having bottle in plastic bag inside of shipping box. I’ve had a past experience with a previous online supplement company that not only did not do that but sent two consecutive orders damaged at the cap seal leaving the inside of shipping box a mess.
This is my first choice liquid multi mineral and has been for over 3 years. I had to try a different brand when this one was out of stock and it was not the same, being too much like a syrup that affected how shall we say, my output.
This is not a concrete health claim, but I would like to share that working at a hospital during pandemic heights I watched co-workers 10-15 years younger than me drop in/out for 5-10 days at a time with positive tests while I never had to take one sick day. I stand by my personal assertion that this is a fantastic product and a wise investment for overall health at a little over a dollar a day. Please do your own research on absorption factors before you invest as I did.
One recommendation is to find a diluted juice flavor you like to take this with as I have never tried to take this product straight.

I highly recommend! I poured some in the cap for you to see. It’s about as thick as tomato juice. I mix it with orange juice and it’s not bad at all. The flavor is like an orange chewable vitamin. I bought this after much research. In order to get this many vitamins and minerals I would be spending a lot more money buying multiple vitamins; so this is def a bargain. My body has a hard time absorbing vitamins and it’s causing severe health issues. I swear
I hadn’t had it long but,I can already feel a difference. I’ll let you know when I get my blood work done……….. **Ok so it is now February, and my doctor has told me for once my vitamin levels are within normal range. After years of b12 shots, I was told that as long as my levels stay the same, I no longer need the shots. My magnesium is good. My calcium is good. Etc etc. My Husband is now also taking it. I couldn’t be happier with this product. And no I didn’t get paid to leave a fake review !
