This is my 2nd purchase of Buried Treasure D3 w/K2 drops. The dropper on this bottle unfortunately does not have any lines or numbers on it to show how much I am taking. I would return but Amazon says this product cannot be returned.

I always seem to be low on vitamin D. Not only do I not get enough direct sunlight, but my gastric bypass surgery makes both dietary and pill-form Vitamin D pills hard to absorb. So I’m trying these drops to see if it is more readily absorbed. The taste isn’t altogether pleasant but not too objectionable. So far I’m satisfied with it.

I wouldn’t order this again. To start with, it does come securely and attractively packaged. It is a nice supplement if containing what is advertised. I have a few issues. The first is a real pet peeve of mine, some maybe it won’t bother some. But the bottle comes with a dropper lid. The problem is that there are no type of measurements on the dropper. But the label tells you the serving size is .5ml. How am I supposed to know how much is .5ml when there is no markers nor any included instructions about how to determine the correct dose. I’m sorry, but I shouldn’t buy a supplement and then have to go through a bunch of internet searches (or any) to try and figure out how much I need to take with the included dropper. To me this is unacceptable. They should have measuring lines or tell you how many drops.
Next, it tells you to take it in 16oz of water. No thank you. While I have no problem drinking water, that is a lot of liquid for such a small amount of the supplement. I’ll finish the bottle, but then I’m switching back to pills.

I take a lot of D3 and K2 during the winter. But, come summer I have to be careful not to get too much. I spend most of my time outdoors in a high altitude. I still don’t get enough D3 from sun exposure. I like that this allows me to get a combination of D3 and K2 at customized doses. A dropperful one or two times a week should be sufficient to keep my levels optimal for my health. This bottle is large enough that it should last me the whole summer.
The flavor is good. The liquid is thick and should be shaken well. Squeeze out the dropper a few times before getting your dose as it does seem to separate a little.
In the pictures, I show how you can accurately dose from these droppers. I placed cup of water on my scale. While this is a little thicker than water, you can still safely go by 1 ml = 1mg. On my scale I had 50mgs of water. I put in drops until I hit 0.5 mg addition. After putting 0.5 mg in the cup, I had about a half dropper remaining.
