My dog loves this! My 7-year-old medium-sized boy chewed at this collagen stick for 30 minutes and barely got halfway through it. He can normally chew through softer chews like gullet sticks in a minute, so I usually jam them in a stick holder to make them last longer. These braided collagen sticks, however, surprised me at hold well they held up to my boy’s incessant gnawing. I initially had it locked in a Hol-ee roller ball, but once he pulled it free, he still didn’t make quick work of the braid before getting tired and stopping altogether. I feel like this braided collagen stick lasts longer than bully sticks, but mainly because of how thick it is, which justifies the steep initial price for a bag of 8. In addition to being long-lasting, it’s sourced from Colombia, and comes from free-range, grass-fed beef.
One thing to note is, given its thickness, I’d watch the dog when they start getting down to the lower half of the braid to make sure they don’t attempt to swallow the last ½–1 inch of it. My boy has done that in the past with bully sticks, but fortunately those were easily digestible (though he did puke it back up many hours later), whereas these braided sticks may be a choking hazard. The ones he’s chewed down to the last 2 inches or so, I took from him and unbraided/separated it (it was very stiff and took some muscling) to let him finish off the pieces individually.

The set of eight 6” bully sticks was delivered on-time, complete and as described by the seller; the sticks were packaged in a sealed bag and labeled with an expiration date. These are braided, hard chew sticks which provide texture as well as taste and are long-lasting. Product information indicates that the sticks are 100% natural, made from grass fed cattle, and with no artificial additives; they claim to be good for joint and oral health. Our adult canine family member confirms that they are delicious and fun to chew (the blurred tail in the attached photo is evidence of enthusiastic tail-wagging). Note that we use a dog chew holder as a safety device to mitigate risk of choking as the dog tends to gobble down the last inches of chew sticks.

My dog is not a picky eater, but she gets particularly excited for bully sticks. She is a 45lb. collie mix, and these are the perfect size for her. I really like these since they aren’t as sharp and dangerous as some chews. I also like that they come in a clear, resealable bag.
WDL –
Some sticks are tasty, and my dogs gobble them up in under a minute. Some sticks are so durable that they get frustrated and leave them abandoned for several days before finally getting around to chewing them down the rest of the way. This sits somewhere in the middle. They’re easy to manage in their mouths, are easy to chew, but not so delicious that they’re gone immediately. I don’t think I’ve ever found the perfect stick, but these are pretty decent, and my dogs were happy to receive them.
WDL –
Braided bully sticks are the best! Our three pups really enjoy them, and they provide about 15-20 minutes of chew time. These sticks have natural ingredients, which is always a plus. The boys face off, but it’s not a competition as depicted by the lazy chewer photo. The girl disappears under the table with hers to avoid photos. These bully sticks didn’t have a bad smell like others we’ve tried, and they weren’t very oily.

I picked these up for our mini-golden doodle and she absolutely loves these treats! I like the size of the bones and how long they last. These come packed in a nice, thick re-usable plastic bag that helps to keep these fresh for a long time. Great chew time and keeps your dog focused for A LONG TIME! Good value with the high quality of treats.

These are a little on the hard side for my pug, but he does like them. I like that they have texture and they last for a good long time for my small dog. Two thumbs up!

My two greyhounds enjoyed these braided bully sticks – and me too! Smell free.
These braided bully sticks might be a bit on the though side for my greyhounds – maybe a bigger dog breed will handle them better. My female greyhound at least had the boy start hers first. After it was chewed up a little, she started enjoying hers, too.
I’ve given them two of these a few days ago, and one is still pretty much left. I like that they do not just chow em down in one go.
Overall, I’d recommend these bully sticks, especially if you are bothered by the smell of other bully stick brands
