I got this melatonin for my husband. He takes 2 for a dose of 10 mg. He likes them, says they work fine and are easy to swallow.

The ingredients are not the best with soybean oil and other unhealthy ingredients. It is only 5mg so if you have taken melatonin before it will not be enough for you. The good thing about melatonin from this brand is that they don’t smell or taste bad.

I’m happy to see one of my favorite supplement companies, Bulk Supplements, has released a reliable and tested sleep supplement to the market.
These are softgels. A whole YEARS worth at just over $16.00 (as of this writing).
They work! I have the occasional “I’m not sleepy yet” nights, like everyone else. Forunately, that’s where this supplement helps me.
I take one softgel about an hour before I’m ready to fall asleep (sometimes 2 since I’m a bigger guy).
The next thing I notice, in about an hour, is my eyelids get dry and that’s when I know it’s time to wind down FAST!
I’m asleep in no time after I rest my head on my pillow. These don’t leave me draggy in the morning, either!
I personally don’t need to take these every night. Only when I feel I need a boost getting to that sleepy stage.
I can honestly say these 5mg softgels work. And I’m glad they’re from a well-known and respected company.

No frills, no extras. Just melatonin. Easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Works as it should and I do start to feel a little drowsy about 30 minutes after taking one. No negative side effects while taking. These capsules are priced pretty well. Overall a good choice if you are looking for melatonin that is easy to swallow!

I found these to be an adequate solution for Melatonin. My wife and I occasionally use it as a sleep aid. As a 5mg soft-gel tablet, it’s easy to swallow but you’re locked into the dosage. I was happy to see the shelf-life for these was more than three years.
My only preoccupation was that it arrived with only a single safety seal – the foam disc that’s firmly adhered under the cap. It was very well-sealed, nonetheless these days I’m accustomed to receiving vitamins and supplements shrink-wrapped or boxed as well. Just a single safety-seal is a bit uninspiring.

I really like this melatonin. I’ve taken other brands before. But for some reason this one is the best one for me. I love the size of the little gel tablet. It’s small and sort of oval shaped. Very easy to swallow. A serving is only one tablet. And there’s 365 in a bottle. So, literally you have a year worth of sleep aid. I noticed that I was actually having more detailed and heavy dreams during my sleep with this melatonin. I’m not complaining! I’ve loved it. I take the gel cap about a half an hour before bed and I am snoozing as soon as my head hits the pillow. I wake up refreshed without feeling groggy. I do wake up several times through the night. But I’m able to fall right back asleep. I would highly recommend.
