Wow. I never realized that grape seed extract is supposed to have so many health benefits. Being a powerful antioxidant is just one of the many benefits. I have been taking it a few days now and I look forward to any health benefits that I will gain from taking it. This is a great supplement by a reputable company, BulkSupplements.com. If it grape seed extract does provide the great benefits that are said to take place, this is a great buy for the money.

I like that the quantity is 365, so you get a full year. Everyone is different and so the amount needed is going to drastically vary, but 200mg is a great average. I also like, and my husband always trys to make sure i check, that this is 3rd party tested. I have no complaints and im glad to add this to our arsenal.

The smell is not too much to me.

This mega-sized bottle contains 365 capsules. At one a day this is a year’s supply. What a great idea to be able to get a full year’s worth of vitamins in a single bottle. I feel like this is a better supplement than advertised. It’s 200mg as a 20:1 extract so from my understanding that would be the equivalent of 4000mg.
These are fairly small capsules and I don’t smell or taste anything. There wasn’t any leakage of powder from the capsules and they are easy to swallow. The bottle comes with a child-resistant cap and comes sealed with a tamper resistant seal inside the cap. These are both important features for me.

My doctor advised me to take grape seed extract years ago when my cholesterol levels were higher than they should be. I’ve been taking them daily and have been able to maintain a reasonable level to the point where he did not have to put me on a prescription statin.
Comparing grape seed extract bottles can be very confusing because of the wide variation in the dosage levels. These capsules contain 200 mg of pure grape seed extract. Other products will advertise numbers like 20,000 mg, which makes it sound like they contain one hundred times the amount.
The confusion comes from how they measure their extracts. 20,000 mg typically refers to the weight of the raw grape seeds before extraction while 200 mg refers to the extract derived from the seeds. 200 mg twice a day is a good dosage to start off for most people.
As with any supplements, it’s hard to quantify exactly how beneficial these are. I prefer to stay with supplements that were manufactured and bottled in the US. Unfortunately, the only information provided on the bottle is that the company itself is based in Henderson, NV. From the limited information I could find on the company, they do claim to manufacture the products in NV using product that was sourced from overseas. The company has been in business since 2013 and generally has a good reputation for producing quality products.
I generally can recommend this product to anyone looking to try grape seed extract for its health benefits. I deducted one star for the limited information on where the materials are sourced from and what oversight is provided to their facility.

These grapeseed extract pills are great. They’re easy to take and this bottle contains a full years worth – which is insane! It makes keeping up with my health so much easier.
