Way too many people on here are leaving reviews don’t know anything about supplement manufacturing and labelling guidelines and it shows. Below, I’m going to provide a detailed review, if you want the short version, skip to the very bottom, look for “TLDR.”
Firstly, I would like to comment on a review stating that they changed their formula, since this is my field of occupation, I am very much qualified to speak on this matter.
For one, they didn’t change their formula, they updated the supplement facts as there were several updated FDA guidelines that all supplement manufacturers need to follow, especially if you’re following GMP guidelines. And second, including all of these ingredients as a proprietary blend, as the name implies, protects their dosages, as it is very easy for someone off the street to provide a manufacturer a quantitative formulation, and knock it off, but also the dosages can no longer be freely stated on the label. Enough said.
Per their website, they do follow ingredient testing, as GMP advises, so regarding the formulation and the formula itself, nothing is changed, chill out keyboard warriors.
Let’s talk about the product itself! The powder is very, for the lack of a better term, powdery, if you’re not careful, it will get everywhere! The form is as it should be, like flour, just ignore the smell, that’s what real EAA smells like.
Taste: it’s unflavored obviously, and awful as it should be. While you could spend a little more to get a flavored version from other sellers, I bought this one for it’s amazing value, and in doing this, you have to accept the caveat of it being completely disgusting. So you definitely want to mix it with something, you can’t take it straight from the spoon like creatine.
Use: everyone has their own routine use for this supplement, personally I practice intermittent fasting, specifically a meal every 48 hours full of protein, and to improve protein synthesis I take this at morning and at night. Unfortunately, since I do fast, I don’t have the luxury of mixing this with juice, and have to mix it with decaf coffee, first world problems right?
Results: you can definitely tell this is 100% EAA, usually in the morning ghrelin is telling me that I’m hungry, and immediately after taking my EAA it will curb the hunger completely. For those trying to put on muscle, this is definitely a great addition to your routine. This has improved my performance and the gains in the mirror and scale are apparent!
TLDR: The product formulation has been updated per new labeling guidelines to protect their proprietary blend, dosages were not changed. I highly recommend this product, especially if you practice fasting. If you’re new to EAA, mix it with some juice or something to mask the natural bad taste. With a solid routine and thoughtful nutrition, you can expect this to be a great arsenal in your quest to more lean muscle mass.

Okay so I tried to take this mixing it in drinks that are yummy to me but regardless of what I did the taste is there and I almost gave up. Until I unlocked the code you guys!!!!
If you’re into pickle juice- what I do now it just mix the powder with water. Hold my breath and try to drink it as fast as I can then I chase it down with pickle juice and has not failed since. So maybe if you’re not into pickle juice- finding a drink that has a strong taste to overcome the powder. ALSO WHAT YOU COULD DO. Is make it into capsules buy buying the really big capsules and just filling them in with the powder to not taste it.

First off.. yes – the taste of the product is BLAH! And very hard to cover up even in a multi fruit smoothy. Howver, you will get used to it after so many times using it. But, I give it 5 stars because this product does what it supposed to do! I am a 61 year old male and consider myself to be in great shape / however I began to loose unexplained weight that turned out to be muscle mass (no matter how my I weight trained) and somewhat to loss of bone density. Flipping though YouTube I came across a clip talking about this very commoon thing , of men over a certain age getting no results in gaining muscle – where in the clip it mentioned we lacked Leucine, one of the many amino acids in our diet and where just eating protein does not correct this problem. So…. searching Amazon, I found this product. Taking this my issue has reversed. it took maybe two weeks for the changes to take place. I AM AMAZED! Certain excecise routines used to be an uncomfortable strain on my joints – that discomfort has GONE. My weigtht is climbing. I just cannot believe it. Additionally I have incorporated vitamin D and HMB supplements, suggested by related videos I have come across – and I am building muscle with minimal effort and activity. That all. Try it. Just Try it.

effective, but it smells and tastes like spoiled garbage. mix it with something other than water only. you’ll need to brush your teeth before you interact with others, or your breath will smell like a sewer.

This was the third product I’ve purchased from this company with only poor experiences. I carry a large 60oz water bottle with me to work everyday and thought it would be nice to be able to add a little something to it so it’s more beneficial than just the water. The description said that it was flavorless and dissolves well. This sounded great since I add a small amount of flavor already to my water. I added the amount it said to mix with a glass of water (8oz) to my 60oz bottle. You would think more water would be better for mixing and diluting any flavor that might be present. I shook my bottle for close to an hour total and I was still getting chunks of powder when drinking. On top of that there is most definitely a flavor and it’s horrible. If the flavor is this strong in 60oz I can’t imagine if you were to add it to just a glass. The last two items I purchased from this place were also in powder form and claimed to be flavorless and they weren’t. I was really hoping the third time would be a charm for this but it was a dud. Sadly I will be avoiding this company and buying my supplements elsewhere.

Only a 3 star review because of how bad it tastes. Good value for the money, dissolves easily and a good product but very ready to buy something to mask the taste. I use the little crystal light packets and they work great, can’t tell a difference when I do that but that is the only down fall I have with them.
