It says to mix with 2 oz warm water and wait for it to fizz… then add more water. It didn’t start to fizz until I stirred it with a spoon.
The taste isn’t bad. It dissolves easily in water too.
I was surprised to see a large packet of silica gel inside the powder.

I was a bit annoyed by this product as I looked more at the picture and failed to fully read the (incredibly long) title description. When they say “regularity,” that’s an understatement. Also, different types of magnesiums do different things to the body, and the application matters as well.
The magnesium citrate that this makes will draw water into the bowels and potentially help with arrhythmia, but is the type less associated with blood pressure and heart damage (magnesium orotate). The type of magnesium to calm nerves and body are glycenate, threonate, taurate. And supplements for soreness are mag malate/chloride/sulfate.

I’ve been taking a calcium, magnesium drink off and on for many years, and I’ve been consistently taking it before bed for most of the year so I wanted to give this a try. This is a powder, and it comes with a scoop inside for a serving. The scoop is quite large, and with a new bottle it is difficult to put it back in the container but it is doable after I removed the moisture pouch. It easily mixes up with water, and it tastes really good. This is just magnesium carbonate, and I took a calcium supplement with it before bed since that combination is the best for me and they both work well together. It helped me relax, calm down, and it help me fall asleep like my other favorite powders do. It usually starts working within 20 minutes, so I drink my drink and make sure I get right into bed so I can jump on the wave. I didn’t have any digestive issues after taking it or upon waking up. This is something I’ll definitely finish the container and take with my calcium supplement, and I’m really happy with it, thank you.

I find when taking this supplement my stress level is reduced but, the effect is short in duration. Overall, the flavor is great, and it’s very simple to use but, just falls a bit short on quality and effectiveness.

This supplement has the same active ingredient as CALM, a product I’ve been taking for a while. You should mix it with warm water before taking; wait until the ‘fizz’ stops before drinking. I’ve found this limits the gastric issues i had when I first started taking it.

I bought this mix because magnesium is lacking in my diet and I need electrolytes for an a-fib issue. I mixed one scoop of this in 16 ounces of water with ice and drank it before I went to bed. It definitely relaxed me and even appeared to reduce my blood pressure which was very impressive because I have a genetic high blood pressure issue. The next time I use it I’m going to put it in warm water as suggested and see the fizz. I didn’t see a fizz in cold water. This drink mix will be added to my supplements and rotated in.
Others have noted that it is difficult to get the scoop back in the jar, but I just turn the scoop upside down (handle first) and it goes right in and fits just fine.

This line of flavored nutritional supplement drink mixes is pretty good – it’s basically a cranberry lemonade 1 small-scoop 83% daily value of magnesium powder, and it’s completely water soluble. The product is well-made and well-designed; it doesn’t clump up during the time in which the package is to be used, from the time of first opening it. The ingredients are fairly few and simple. There’s nothing too fancy or disagreeable in the recipe, and the flavor is good, too. I like it. I recommend this product to anyone suffering from magnesium deficiency in their diet, or, for health buffs who like to stay up on this sort of hydration and joint / nerve support regimen, already.
