Bucked Up Tribulus is a nice quality supplement. It boosts my energy. It’s just that I urinate more. But overall, its effect is still strong.
Just a little disclaimer to explain further. For decades, I’m fully interested in researching, understanding, and using natural food supplements, especially those with great quality and potency. However, it takes time to see and measure the full results and benefits of any food supplements, including this one. On immediacy, the supplement may have reaction on me or not, depending on my body’s immunity level and response, which is different to other users. For this reason, my rating is based on several factors. The overall product packaging that contains vital information about the ingredients, processing the content, finished quality, or whether the supplement is easy to swallow, the flavor, and value for money are also part of my assessment. My recommendation here should not be taken as a third-party lab test result or medical advice, rather, as an observation of a voluntary non-medical user. The bottled was sealed adequately. It does not have any country of origin information. It does have the expiration date, and it is good. I always check the date as soon as I receive any dietary supplement by mail. The bottle does mention 3rd party tested. If true, someone should be monitoring the quality. I like the 3 months supply.
These tribulus terrestis capsules look a lot like any other dietary supplements available. The capsule size is pretty much the standard dietary supplement capsule and basically the same as most vitamins or supplements. They are clear, tasteless and odorless. I broke one capsule open to see the contents. The capsule contains a brown fluffy power. The smell is definitely plant based and reminds me of hay.
I have been taking the supplement for several days. The only thing I noticed is improved urination. As a male in the 50’s, urinating may take a little longer than it used to. With this being the only medication or supplement I currently take, I know the affects are not created or interfered with by anything else. After taking these, I can flow and go like a 20 year old. This may be due to the anti-inflammatory response this supplement has been reported to produce. Other than that, I haven’t noticed any increase or improvement in sexual function or drive. I workout a few times per week. I haven’t had any noticeable gains in physical fitness. It may be too early to realize any benefits for sexual and fitness function.

This Tribulous comes in a double-sealed bottle. The pills are not too large and are easy to swallow. There’s no unpleasant smells or tastes, and I haven’t experienced any adverse side effects like stomach issues.
I haven’t taken Tribulous in decades. Last time I did, it was in a stack with Andro(it was OTC then), B12, and some other things for bulk muscle development. I was interested in seeing how it works now that I’m older. One thing I noticed pretty much right away is an increase in libido. I didn’t get it for that purpose, but I consider that a pleasant side-effect. I also seem to be staying up about an hour later now, so I’ll give that a nod for stamina increase.
The bottle says to take two daily, but doesn’t say at the same time or not. When I took 2 at a time, I was feeling irritated and punchy. That’s a good mood to be in for a workout, but not so good for going to see the in-laws. I’m taking one in the morning and one at night now. My mood is back to normal. It could have just been coincidence, but I though I should mention it.

I like that they are up front about the number of servings instead of hiding it just on the back.
I like that the incidental ingredients were chosen to be not merely safe but healthy; that would be magnesium stearate which I think was used for anti-caking and olive oil which I think they used to lube their grinders.
It’s competitively priced against other pills, though bulk powder could undercut it if you don’t mind going to the trouble of weighing out each dose yourself.
They don’t try to make any claims, they just focus on making a reasonably pure product in convenient form.

I take Tribulus Terrestris for its purported benefits which mainly is to increase libido through the increase of testosterone, even though this claim is very controversial. Raising testosterone occurs both in men and women. I take Tribulus continuously in periods of time that would not exceed two or three months to avoid any possible overload on my kidneys and liver. And then wait for 2 or 4 weeks before resuming. The increasing of testosterone can also lead in men to an increase in DHT (through the enzyme 5-alpha reductase) and this could lead to enlarged prostate. A way to circumvent this is to combine Tribulus Terrestris with Peruvian Maca, which inhibits the action of the before-mentioned enzyme. I like the quality of this extract, specially because it is third-party lab tested. Finally, it is worth recommending to consult your primary care physician before starting a regimen with Tribulus Terrestris.
