ALL filler! I usually get the one on the right and as you can see the capsules are larger and very green because they’re made with a leaf of the plant it claims to be a supplement of. I thought I would try this lemon balm supplement, but when it arrived it was very concerning that the capsules are so tan and not green.I previously tried different one & it didn’t work. so when I got this one today and I saw that the capsules were smaller and brown/tan I looked at the ingredients and it is micro crystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, And silicon dioxide.
no, That is not the ingredients in a little packet in here to keep this dry, it is what is inside the capsules! Filler filler and more filler
The Melissa/lemon balm in these is extract, not leaf; extract inside of a capsule with a bunch of filler that is toxic in large doses.
silicon dioxide, for one example, should not be taken as more than 2% of anything we ingest.and we know that if we’re taking this every day, it certainly could be a problem.
regardless, I don’t trust this corporation now and would not recommend it
I will be going back to the one I have been buying that I know is good and pure and works

I think this is a good product at a reasonable price. I bought it to help with my sleep quality and it seems to work great. I do believe it relaxes me and helps me to fall asleep more quickly.

I can’t really tell a difference whether this works or not to be quite honest maybe for others they might notice it, but to me nothing major it could be one of those supplements that takes a few weeks before you notice anything but as of now nothing
