These make me sleep like a baby! I am 52 and often could not turn my brain off to go to sleep or stay asleep at night. About 30-45 minutes after taking these my head hits the pillow and I’m out! I take 3 tablets / 15 mg. No groggy feeling in the morning. My previous experience with melatonin had been gummies – 10-12 mg and did not work as well. Taste was also inconsistent. These are a nice peppermint, like the circle-O candies we ate as a kid. A little chalky but not bad. They don’t dissolve as fast as I thought but directions say ok to chew so then they dissolve very quickly. I also like that company is fully USA for development and manufacture. Many of gummies are not. The tablet format is also very convenient to pack for travel. I have not tried full pill format by any manufacturer.

I am tired of melatonin gummies, so I gave these a try. Love them! They’re small with tasty spearmint flavor, I will be reordering these.

I took off a star because I thought these were going to be peppermint flavor, but they ended up being more spearmint and bitter. The flavor is not the best as, like I mentioned, these are kind of bitter. I do like that they seem to work pretty quickly, within about a half hour I’d say, and I like that they are chewable. You also get a lot for the price, so I’d say overall they’re definitely worth it.

Such a great price for the quantity. 360 5 mg tablets. That’s saving me so much money from buying them where I used to.

The positives: The melatonin works properly, and the supply is nearly enough for an entire year. The pills don’t taste terrible (they have little to no flavor at all, but they aren’t bitter at least), and this supplement doesn’t contain sugar, so it won’t cause tooth decay.
The negatives: Upon opening the bottle, there is a slight floral smell, however the cherry flavoring is non-existent. It’s also like eating a firm chalk for those who care about mouth feel, because the pills are not quick dissolve. They need to be chewed to encourage them to dissolve.
3 stars because the product works, 2 stars removed for lack of flavor and difficulty dissolving.
