A minimum 15-day supply as there are 30 pills and 1-2 pills per day as a dose. YMMV.

Includes Cascara Sagrada which is made from coffee cherry skins.
Doing OTC supplement research I found FDA rulemaking 21 CFR Part 310 which states: “The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a final rule stating that the stimulant laxative
ingredients cascara sagrada (including casanthranol, cascara fluid extract aromatic, cascara sagrada bark, cascara sagrada extract, and cascara sagrada fluid extract) in over-the-counter (OTC) drug products are not generally recognized as safe and effective.”.
I may need to research this further before taking.

From what is on the label, this product does its job. It takes around 12 hours for me, but the product does work after that point. Does not cause Gas – at least for me. The packaging was nice and it seems safe and effective

I noticed an improvement in regularity. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I didn’t experience any abdominal pain or cramping, and they work quite well, usually within the day. They contain psyllium and senna, along with other ingredients, which definitely help with clearing out the colon.
I plan to continue using them a few times a year for cleanses or whenever I feel constipated.

The pills are a decent size but I didn’t find them hard to swallow nor did they have any taste. From the day I started taking these, I noticed I was more regular. The cleanse is effective without negatives like cramping or diarrhea. I’ll continue to use it a few times a year for cleanses or when feeling constipated.

I love that product is made with high quality ingredients and is produced in a certified GMP facility in the US. Also, appreciate that the tablets are not horse size pills, so they are easy to swallow. I took 2 tablets to begin and drank plenty of water on the first night. The next day I experienced zero cleaning action. On night 2, same thing took two tablets and chugged down 16 oz of water – still no clean out has occurred. As compared to other brands that work like clockwork the next morning, these have not delivered any cleansing at all. It’s 6:25 pm on day 3 and I can barely feel the slightest urge to go, not sure if this is just normal movement or has anything to do with this product. Maybe I am doing something wrong or perhaps this product’s goal is simply to improve regularity and gut health and it’s a slow cleanse that plays out several days. Hard to tell as there were no instructions or recommendations aside from take 2 tablets with a full glass of water included on the box. This is detox product is not meeting my expectations so far. If it does kick into gear after a couple more days and starts working better, I will report back.
