Many supplements you see here are for companies I have never heard of so I am very leary of trying them. I was glad to see that this is a company that I am familiar with. I wanted to try this product because it is supposed to help with high glucose levels. I have not been diagnosed with diabetes but I am at risk and I want to avoid it.
The capsules are easy to swallow. I just wish that they would have more in each bottle. These are more expensive per capsule than another brand that my husband is currently taking, but this is just berberine and not all this extra stuff that is marketed.

With this one, I realized its effectiveness within days.
The capsule breaks down quickly, so be ready to wash it down as soon as you pop it in your mouth to avoid that unmistakable and unforgettable berberine taste.
The only thing I partner this with is an oral GLP-1 supplement that I also bought here on amazon. Together, I think they make a wonderful tag team for me. All the effects that I’m looking for with none of the side effects I’d experienced with other berberine combinations.

The capsules are not full, so it’s hard to know if they are acually the dose stated on the bottle.

At $10 for 30 capsules (at time of writing) they seem like an okay value unless you plan to take more than one a day. If that is the case, the larger bottles are a better buy. They smell a little bit weird, but not more than other kinds of supplements. They are on the large side but they went down fine. Seems like a good quality product, no extra herbal nonsense added, I can recommend these. One star off for value, the bigger bottles would be 5 stars.
