My bottle came with a protective seal around the top. This product is made in Hauppauge, NY. My bottle expired on 11/2025. So very good longevity. I took this product as prescribed. One pill with a meal daily. I will say the one day I forgot to take it with my breakfast and I just took it with some water and I would not recommend it, nor did I ever miss taking it with a meal again. Very strange taste in my mouth for the rest of the day. So I highly recommend only taking this when you are eating a meal. I had no trouble swallowing this pill. I have a very well balanced diet, so my usage of this product did not result in any change to my lab work as it related to my liver. I did not feel anything different after I quit taking this product. So this is not a product I will continue to use because it did not positively impact my lab work, and I did not notice anything positive or negative when I quit taking it.
