This Acetyl L-Carnitine supplement works well for me and helps with my workouts. I am constantly changing up the workout supplements that I take to keep my body always guessing and to help keep from getting used to any particular supplement / brand. It says to take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, but I only do it 1 time a day. The capsules are easy to swallow and to me, have no discernible smell or flavor to them.
Here is why I say it helps my workouts:
To me, I fell that I get better pumps / blood flow when workout out with Acetyl L-Carnitine / or Carnitine. I feel it helps when doing cardio, as I seem to go a little longer before I get tired. It also seems to help a bit with my recovery, as I seem to get slightly less muscle soreness when I have a big workout.
Each bottle has 60 caps, which at the suggested serving of 1 – 3x a day is a 20-60 day supply. I generally take 1 capsule in the morning, at least 30 minutes before my workout, so it’s a 60 day supply for me.

Bronson Acetyl L-Carnitine is 500 mg per serving which is one capsule. These are manufactured by Bronson laboratories in New York. Expiration is a little over a year out so plenty of time to use up. The capsules are on the large side, unscented and have no flavor. They are non-GMO, gluten-free and soy free. So far I’ve had no issues and they seem similar to other brands I’ve used.

This supplement is great for energy. It helps when I really need to be on the go Non-Stop and don’t really have the will or energy to get moving. That also means it’s good for workouts. This is a brand that I trust and I trust the potency because it’s proven effective for me on go days.

Bronson Acetyl L-Carnitine have 500mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine per capsule. Serving size is 1 capsule, and 60 capsules are in a bottle. The ingredients are limited so there aren’t a lot of fillers which I like. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there is no -off smell or taste. 500mg per capsule is about the average amount in other Acetyl L-Carnitine products I have taken so “High-Potency” isn’t what I would use to describe them. As for the price point, they seem a bit high compared to other brands.
