This has a lot of supplements I was looking for all in one. The packaging and labels are all nice looking, and give the product a safe appearance. Everything was well sealed. I have had no issues swallowing these, nor with their taste, nor with my digestive system. All of that is good. I did however experience a reaction to at least one of the ingredients where my mouth itched like crazy. I tried taking them at different times, on an empty stomach, and with food. Still the same outcomes. So for me, I can’t use them without this occurring.

There are 10 different supplements contained in 1 capsule and 1 capsule gives a good amount of zinc, plus bromelain, quercetin, fenugreek, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and 3 types of probiotics. I found no
bad aftertaste. The label information says made in the USA and GMP certified with contact info for the distributer Ultra Herbs for questions. The webpage states these are manufactured and tested in the USA.
I like the 50mg of zinc and I plan on taking these capsules especially during cold season since the amount of zinc is comparable (or better) to those over-the-counter cold remedies.

I work at a school and was constantly getting sick all winter from being around little kids who don’t cover their coughs. There are a lot of different supplements out there that advertise immunity boosts, and I was interested in this one in particular because of the wide variety of complementary ingredients as well as the advertised “digestion wellness” to go along with the immunity boost.
All these great ingredients are packed into capsules that are easy to swallow, with no gross taste or after effects like burping or anything like that. This makes them easy to take every day. I like that one bottle has 150 pills, enough to last me several months. I definitely plan to continue taking these everyday.

I selected this as a VINE review product due to the title that the seller wrote: “USA made.” The actual wording on the bottle: “Formulated in USA.” I’m guessing this was made in China so I cannot trust that the product contains what is listed. This is going directly into the garbage.
This product can also be dangerous to your health: it has 4.5 times the recommended daily value of zinc. The US National Institutes of Health reports that If you take too much zinc for a long time, you could have problems such as lower immunity, low levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) (good) cholesterol, and low copper levels.
Mather Hospital in NY reports that over 1.5 times the recommended intake of zinc can cause nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, and headaches.
Why would a company put so much zinc into a product that is supposedly mostly Bromelain and Fenyugreek according to the front of the label?
Do not buy this product.

These supplements have zinc, bromelain, quercetin, fenugreek, probiotic blend, turmeric root, ginger root, and black pepper. These help with digestion and immunity. The directions say to take one capsule 1-2 times a day. The probiotic blend is pretty high at 1 billion CFU so I would probably not take it more than once a day to avoid stomach issues. The capsule is a nice small size, very easy to swallow with not bad aftertaste. I love how this has so many benefits packed into one. I can’t tell for certain if I’ve noticed any effects but there have definitely been no bad side effects. This bottle also comes with 150 capsules, which I really appreciate. Great value.
