These undoubtedly help me. My heavier drinking days are largely over but I’ll take these during a night of a few drinks and I’ll be less sluggish in the morning.
Another plus for me now is taking on a hot day when I’m outside for long periods and on long cycling rides to help replenish electrolytes without fancier products . Just swallow the pill(s) down with my water and I’m good to go. Definitely recommended!
After a night of heavy drinking, getting up before early afternoon comfortably rarely happened. Nothing wrong with sleeping in but at least I’m able to feel more energetic in the morning if I want. Drinking enough water for hydration is a must but the salt + electrolyte combo really helps me prevent the crappiness.

When I feel like I’m getting sick I take these until I feel normal and they really do help stave off a cold. Also, after a night drinking take these and you will be amazed how normal you feel in a short time. I recently brought these on a trip to Spain and they were a life saver for me and my friends – they really helped tremendously with jetlag. Although they are way too expensive, I know they work and I guess that is worth it to me so I keep ordering.

Received a sample pack awhile back as part of a monthly themed box subscription to Bespoke Post. Had never heard of the product or brand prior, but was eager to try as all items I’ve received from Bespoke Post exceeded my expectations. Haven’t done anything yet that really dehydrated me or left me feeling depleted, but after a few days of taking the vitamin in the morning I noticed a difference – I didn’t feel tired midday at work, I didn’t crave snacks like I usually do, I felt better overall and was in a spectacular mood. Could have been more mental than anything, but it was enough to purchase a pack.
Heading to the Caribbean and plan on taking these vitamins daily.
