I had to discontinue after 10 days due to stomach upset.
I was taking to help pass kidney stones. This is supposed to relax the prostate and urethra (urinary tract), which should help with urine flow due to enlarged prostate. But it should also help a kidney stone pass that’s already in the bladder.
Alas, I didn’t see any results, but it did upset my stomach, which is unusual for me. I eat fermented foods all the time, and take many herbal supplements. Maybe this reacted badly to something else I was taking.

Tofu extract, Am I crazy? I guess I’ll try anything to stop from getting up so many times to pee every night. I’ve used these for a couple of weeks and can’t really tell any difference.
I did a little research on tofu extract and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of evidence that it works. In fact, the research I’ve seen appears contradictory. I’ll update if the results change in the next two weeks.

I become immediately skeptical whenever I see products advertised as “revolutionary” or “a miracle”. But I still decided to give Brizo® Prostate Supplement for Men a try. I’ve been using different supplements to keep myself healthy down there with a varying degree of success. After taking this supplement for a month (as directed), I did notice some improvements. I used to avoid drinking water before going to bed because I knew I would surely wake up in the middle of the night. Now I can sleep until the morning and not have the urge to wake up to visit the bathroom. Full disclosure, I take multiple supplements, and it can be a combination of this product with those supplements that caused this marginal improvement. The only ingredient listed here is fermented soy extract, hardly a miracle cure, but also a safe and simple ingredient. Overall, I think this supplement may be worth a try.

For me at least, this product produced the EXACT OPPOSITE results it declares will be experienced. I wound up urinating FAR more times throughout the day AND night than before I took it. I am not sure if it had diuretic effects or whether it just irritated my urinary tract. I did have a LOT of urinations with abundant urine, not just small amounts. It did take awhile for this ridiculous amount of urination to start appearing, more than a month into taking it. But I stopped taking it for 2-3 days to see if this excessive urination would stop, and it did. Then I took it again and wound up getting up 5 times that night to urinate. Your results may be different from mine, but I will definitely NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN!
