I have been enjoying this Bring Green CICA toner. Sometimes when I get really oily, I tend to break out. During those times, I sort of refrain from wearing too much makeup. I like this toner. It is slightly cooling and feels fresh on my face. I love seeing how much makeup this picks up after i’ve already washed my face, it makes it feel like my skin is sparkling clean. The scent is soothing and nice. There’s also a decent amount of product in this, so I feel like it’s valid for the price. The CICA is supposed to reduce redness, but I don’t notice too much of a difference from this and a toner without cica.
