I believe antioxidants like this one helps us to stay healthy as we age. This bottle holds 60 capsules and 2 are required for a 500mg dose.
My bottle arrived properly sealed and with a childproof cap. It is a huge plus for me that this product is made in the USA. The expiration date and lot number are located on the label.

This resveratrol is fresh. It’s a 30 day supply that is easy to take. It looks just like another resveratrol supplement that I take and smells the same. It comes in a sealed and dated container.

I’ve been taking with NMN as it’s been recommended to do and I do seem more focused. I can’t say if it’s placebo and I can’t speak for the aging because I’m relatively pretty young. Also, make sure you don’t like give this to a dog or anything to try to make it live longer because it does say it’s extracted from grapes and grapes are toxic for dogs and I don’t know how purely done this is. I don’t have special equipment to properly test a supplement but I haven’t died and I feel pretty great and less brain foggy.

Resveratrol is an excellent antioxidant. I’ve been taking it for years and I’m in great health – I don’t know if it’s the Resveratrol or good genetics, but I’m not interested in stopping it any time soon. Call it hedging the bet when it comes to aging… it’s wine powder so it can’t hurt.

This is one of my favorite supps. This Brieofood version provides a nice dose of Resveratrol–something I take daily. Everything about this signifies quality, from the packaging, to the easy to swallow medium-sized capsule that show consistent color and fill. And what’s more important is that Brieofood brand supplements are lab tested backed by verifiable COAs (of which I’ve reviewed this one personally). Their customer service was also incredible. This is top quality Resveratrol and I would definitely recommend using the Brieofood brand for this and other supplements.
