I know propolis is good for your immune system, we’ve taken the liquid drops before. However, I really don’t know if I can say it works or not, any propolis. So far, no adverse side effects either so, I’d rather take something that might keep my immune system strong than not take anything. These smell like honey. Very easy to swallow, never get stuck in my mouth so I don’t know if they have a taste or not.

I’m using this because I get more energy from it. That’s good enough for the bee colony and that’s good enough for me. I have used ginseng and other forms of herbs for energy. And bee products such as propolis and bee pollen seem to really up the energy

I am happy that we, as a society, are beginning to find uses for the things that, before, we may have not fully utilized. While this is a natural thing, it is still bad to waste. Creating supplements that can benefit people, and reducing overall waste, is a good thing.
The thing I like most about this, is the company strives to keep their products free of allergens. Nothing is worse than needing or wanting to take a supplement or vitamin, but finding out that the company’s facilities are not allergen friendly. I believe in bee propolis quite a bit to address medical issues. This is really just what I was looking for. There is no difficulty with swallowing these pills, and it performs as one would expect. If you’re looking for a good bee propolis supplement, I would definitely recommend giving these a try.

I have read many good things about Bee propolis. I thought I would try these out. How does one ever know if supplements work or not? Usually you can’t tell.

Overall: Recommended! Great product for supporting immune function the bottle packaging is fine and the safety seals are doing the job. Nice that it is independently tested and that it has good manufacturing practice (GMP) certification. Worked for us : ) Cheers!

These capsules are a great value for bee propolis. This is a good supplement to take in the spring. I can’t say for sure if they’re doing what they’re purported to do, but they’re certainly not hurting!
