    When I was younger, I had problems with extremely pain, heavy, and horrible menstrual cycles. The doctor found a hormonal imbalance and put me on meds. I also switched to all organic products (definitely do this as it’s a game changer – though it may take a few cycles to notice a difference). I wanted off these meds, though, so I added in shatavari. I have not had any severe issues with my cycles, and even the wild moods are so much better! The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is that I’m wondering if the dosage is accurate on the bottle. I only say this as in my last cycle I noticed an uptick in some symptoms that, with another brand I’d taken, were not like that. I don’t know if I need to adjust my dose or if it’s this specific brand or something with the formulation where the dosage is perhaps less accurate.
    Either way, I do still recommend this brand as it helped overall, just not as well as another one I’d taken in the past.

    I have been taking these for almost three months and period pain is no more. Most importantly my periods are on time. My eastern medicine doctor advised me to take these and it is a miracle and so far I haven’t seen any side affects. I don’t think there are side affects because this is a 100% natural thing.

    It has a bit if a funky taste even though it is in a capsule. It works like it says it does tho.
