I chew as many supplements/meds as I can because I have a hard time swallowing pills. These are fairly good for chewables, and I really appreciate that they are not gummies.
However, be aware that taking a magnesium supplement can cause diarrhea. I had that side effect from these and googled around to find that can be a problem. I now take these once a week or so and that is a level I can tolerate.

I don’t understand why this product has such a high rating.
1. The size of the tablet is huge (1 inch) that makes not easy to eat and I have to bite in several times and it’s very hard to chew.
2. The flavor is not good. Very sour flavor and must apply with water.
This product most likely only apply to the person that have good teeth in order to chew completely. Otherwise any elders or someone who has teeth problem and due to the size of the tablet would have a risk of causing chocking problem.

I so appreciate that I have found a palatable source of magnesium that I can take daily with no nasty or unexpected side effects. I have trouble swallowing large capsules and my stomach is on the sensitive side, so I am ecstatic to have discovered this product.

Not sure if this is working or not. I take it before sleep at night. I might need a bit longer on them. Haven’t seen much change so far. Also they’re chalky when chewing them and the taste can be intense — so keep some water nearby.
