I stand impressed. I figured this stuff was a gimmick, but wanting to see what all the fuss was about I ordered a bottle. A gel that tightens skin and shows definition? I wasn’t buying it at first. However, I’ve gotten to use it over a week now and I can say that it actually does work. I believe the primary contributing ingredient to this would be the caffeine, since this product seemingly helps reduce water retention.
I was also worried that the gel would be sticky or non-absorbent; again, not the case. The gel quickly dissolves into the skin, leaving behind virtually no residue. You really don’t need too much to cover a large area (i.e. stomach), so there is no sense in “globbing” it on. It does leave behind a light odor on your hands and application area, so I always wash my hands immediately after use. Overall, I can see this as a great tool for a figure competitor a week or two out from their show!

So this product does what it says it will by helping you “shred” your mid section. I did it in the morning and before bed with a sauna vest for workouts. This product shreds your mid section and your love handles (oblique area) by removing excess water from these areas and leabing your skin feeling firmer from the removal. Now with that, it also seems to pull water from your stomach area making your body loose the fluids that help keep things soft when going #2. Do not make the same mistake i did and get a week in and realize it was too late to account for this. Thank me later sonyou dont have to give birth to a monolith later. Results are temporary fyi perfect before a show or beach season to keep that water weight off for beach season try to start 2 weeks in advance to reap the benefit!

The first time I ordered this product I was a little bit skeptical because you know everyone promises results, but they take time or hard to see, however this product really changed my mind. If you do workout and use it the right way you will start to note the difference and see the results as soon as 2 weeks…, keep in mind that when you are using this products you will not see any changes or notice the difference right way, but I do think that to see results in 2 weeks is amazing. Now lets be real you will feel the gel is working from the very first time you use it because you will feel in the application zone a little burn and this sensations will keep every time you use it. It is a very good product I totally recommend it.

So I got this and ordered a sweat corset also. I have not used the corset just yet, so I used this and wrapped plastic wrap around the areas I used the product. The texture is not sticky but you do need to wash your hands after. It reminds me of BenGay scent wise. It’s also very light, like a gel not creamy. Although it doesn’t say to use plastic wrap, I thought of how the brand “It works” works and used it that way and it really did make a difference. I used it on my stomach, thighs and the jiggly wiggly under my arms. I did a 30 in home workout and not only did I sweat like crazy but I noticed all 3 areas looked slightly less dimply afterwards I prefer to use it during a workout. However, I think once can use it on their bell area while doing housework or running errands using the plastic wrap.
I know this is a bit soon to give a review, but after seeing just that little of a difference; I can only imagine what will happen with continued use. I will give an update after a month.
