Not really sure what this is made of. 100% carrier oil…. means? The term ‘virgin’ is usually seen with oil oils. Acai berries – do they have oils? or is it an extract, mixed with the carrier oil? I’m not sure. The label says it’s a product of Brazil, so it’s likely these are translation issues. The oil itself – looks like a pale yellow oil. Faint smell similar to olive oil, I think. Not a perfume. The oil went on my skin like I expected. It is oil… so it feels like oil, but absorbs after you rub it in for a bit. Next, I tried it on my long, dry curly hair. A bit in my hands, run my hands over/through my hair. Hours later, there is still a bit of oil that will come off if I put clean hands in my hair. Pretty much as expected. I plan to continue using this as warm oil hair treatment about every month or so. Another use that works well for me: cuticles. A little goes a long way. The bottle is glass, dropper is glass too. I still don’t really know if there’s Acai in it, or how much. Four stars for the mislabeling.
