My intention is not to give a bad rating to the brand, I just think this is a bad supplement.
I bought this for my dog because he has arthritis. I have taken it myself on a number of occasions. I do not think it does anything for inflammation. Bromelain is a supplement, not a pharmaceutical drug so I did not expect great results but it definitely did not help my dogs arthritis at all. Tumeric, on the other hand, has worked amazingly well for my dogs arthritis. I also give him glucosamine/chondrotin/msm.

Have suffered from arthritis in my knees for years. Glucosamine seemed to help, and then someone told me to try bromelain. I know that my knees haven’t actually gotten better, but they have been hurting less since I added to my daily pill packs. Can’t offer a comparison, because I have only used this brand, but these definitely work for me. I take one a day and it’s made a difference. Will keeping taking…

This works so well! I take it three times a day as directed, along with a capsule of ginger twice a day, and the results are fabulous. I use to take 5mg/500mg (those in pain know what I mean) but this, Bromelain + ginger, really reduces the inflammation and pain. I have erosive arthritis in my hands. If I use them too much, on a project or such, I have hurt them past what this can do, but live and learn. At least I don’t feel the pain when I haven’t done anything!!
I did call my doctor’s office and tell her how well it worked so she could tell other patients in pain.
*Ginger can thin your blood so watch out for other blood thinners you may be taking.

I do not know how the product works as I have not used it yet but thought it was necessary to post this warning immediately. TO THE MANUFACTURER – PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS IN DETAIL.

I love it. I take one a day regularly for my gout. If I have a bad meal (gout wise) I take one extra just before or just after and have not had a flair up in more than a year and a half.

Bromelain is awesome and these work just as well as another brand I was using but are half the cost. My sinus pain stays at bay when I take these and my chronic joint pain is relieved.
