These are not really very good tasting, but they are edible. The individual packaging of each gummy is a blessing and a curse. It seems quite wasteful, but I suppose if you needed to travel with a couple or something that would be beneficial.

Taste pretty good, like regularly gummy bears, although I did notice a very slight aftertaste. Chewy without being overly gummy/sticky. I personally like how they are individually wrapped as it keeps them from clumping together, however the more environmentally conscious consumer might not like the amount of extra waste it creates.

These gummies have the antioxidant benefits of broccoli sprouts and white mustard seed powder. The Sulforaphane is 0.4 percent of 100mg. Two gummies have 12 calories, no sugar, and ate vegan. I’ve read a lot about the great benefits of this nutrient in broccoli, including neutralizing toxins and calming inflammation. I’ve been taking just one gummy a day as the recommended dosage is anywhere from 10-100 mg. Also, these gummies contain other vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids that I already take in a multivitamin. They’re made in the USA.
I like that these are individually wrapped, so they don’t stick together. I can take 1 or 2 depending on my needs, and I can choose one of the three flavors. I like the orange the best, the green one tastes more like apple than blueberry, and the red tastes odd to me, not like strawberry. I’ve felt some mild stomach discomfort from these on occasion. I may be more sensitive to the ingredients. Overall, these are a good choice if you’re interested in the main ingredient plus nutrients you’d find in a multivitamin plus omegas.

The item arrived as described with no issues. All safety seals were intact. It had an expiration date of 10/26.
The gummies are individually wrapped. A serving size is two Gummies. Total servings is 45.
The texture of the Gummies are firm, but they are easily chewed and dissolved well. My son who is 14 consumed them with no adverse reactions or complaints in his words he they were typically gummies and OK. I also tried them and thought they were a typical gummy. The flavor was what I expected, not overpowering but palatable.
As far as ingredients, I saw nothing that concerned me. I was happy with the blend and the amounts listed in the nutrition facts.
Overall, I feel these are a very good product to help with digestion, mood and clarity throughout the day. They are affordable and nicely package for convenience. I feel the manufacturer can be trusted and I would recommend these to other people.

I saw an advertisement for a different brand and since I’ve been ripped off on Facebook, I ordered this product from Amazon. My twin sons are 24 and severely autistic and within a few days they started meaningful speech and eye contact!! Just amazing!!
