Having bought the variety pack before, I knew the Cinnamon Bun was my favorite flavor by far, with blueberry a close second. I’ve found the perfect consistency to get the batter before microwaving juuuuuust off center on the plate and they’re perfect every time. Hard to argue with low sugar, high protein, and cooking in a minute for a treat!

This has got to be one of the worst products I have ever purchased. I ordered the chocolate peanut butter. There was not a hint of peanut butter in any of the muffins. They were dry no matter how you prepared them. I mixed the batter with milk. I can’t imagine how awful they would have been with water. They were, basically, tasteless. I was so disappointed. Needless to say, I will never order this product again.

Okay, the first time I made this it was pretty terrible. I stuck to the instructions that said first timers should measure out 1/4 cup of water to add to the cup instead of filling to the fill line. Don’t do that- it’s not enough liquid and the whole thing is dry AF. Today I used milk instead, filled to the fill line, and added a big splash of vanilla. Took it out at 52 seconds or so, instead of heating it for a full minute. MUCH better/more edible. It’s not the most delicious, life-changing thing in the world, but for 180 cal/25g protein, it makes a decent breakfast or snack.

The cinnamon bun flavor tastes great. Very easy to prepare, just follow the directions on the cup. For what it is it is very filling.

I ordered the chocolate ones but the pics here are of the pumpkin spice flavor.
These are quite impressive as long as you make them properly. It’s not difficult at all, but for some reason people are really getting it wrong. This is NOT something you eat with a spoon. It comes out as a cakey\muffin-ish type of consistency. I think these are fantastic as after dinner desserts that have far less calories and sugar and FAR more protein than any other dessert\snack you could find.
Just follow the directions and they come out great. Don’t add too much water and watch as it cooks in the microwave in case it rises too much. Mine rise to the top of the cup perfectly.

I just bought these cause the macros seemed good, I just heated one up and while it’s really easy to make, the smell and taste of the blueberry ones is not good. I ate it and it made me sick to my stomach. Not sure if other flavors are better but I will not be spending the money to find out.

I’m not sure what all the negative reviews were for lol. People said they had a hard time getting them to come out right, but all I did was follow the instructions and they came out good everytime. These are easy, quick, and really good. And best of all, they’re healthy so you don’t have to feel guilty about snacking on them

I rarely write product reviews, but I relied a lot on reviews for this, I thought I’d add in my own. I bought the chocolate peanut butter option. Weirdly enough, I actually like the taste of it BEFORE putting it in the microwave. It was like a thick pudding/batter which felt totally sinful (figured that out when I licked the spoon after stirring). After microwaving it, it was a bit dry (even after adding extra water as some recommended). It wasn’t bad, but a bit tough to get down from dryness. But since the flavor was decent, I decided to try to add a dollop of peanut butter to it before microwaving it, and only put it in for 30 seconds. It is incredible. It is so good and with the little bit of extra peanut butter, it adds a creaminess and realness to the flavor profile. So, overall, I think it’s a decent high protein food option with low sugar that can taste really good if you find the right way for you. Good luck!
