I love taking carnitine for energy production and focus. I was also excited when I saw that it also included ALA (alpha lipoic acid). You can look up the benefits if you don’t know what ALA is.
Since you get two months worth of gummies, I feel like this was a really good value. The taste is good. It’s mild, but the flavor is totally fine. It’s also not super sweet, which I like. I also like that it’s sweetened with stevia and monk fruit, and at only 10 calories per serving, it’s not going to mess up my caloric intake.
I’m enjoying adding this to my daily supplement regimen. 5 stars.

Nextdia Sugar-Free Acetyl L-Carnitine 500mg Gummies are a good supplement to consider adding =to your routine. These gummy supplements also contain alpha-lipoic acid 400mg, B5, B12, and Vitamin C. According to the listing, these supplements are good for energy and focus. The gummies appear to be of good quality and are vegan. The gummies are shaped like bears and are green in color. Each serving of two gummies is only ten calories and has no sugar, which is important for me. These gummies taste ok, but I do not notice a strong watermelon taste. The gummies are on the smaller side and are easy to chew and swallow. I have noticed no adverse effects since taking these. You get two bottles of gummies with this product so it should last about two months. These are decent-quality gummy supplements.

I don’t have to wait to report on the efficacy of these gummies because their effect on my mental clarity was quickly evident. I was blessed with total recall since birth, but even that fades over time. My ability to recall recent memories (they are the first to be affected with memory decay) had been greatly reduced but I notice that since taking these gummies my memory of recent events is notably evident. This is a product that I would actually buy again.
Oh, and I love the flavor of the gummies.

These are great for those who don’t want to take the regular L-carni by itself. I must warn you though sugar free is a bit misleading. The sweetener used will send your blood sugar through the roof if you’re diabetic. The effects are not immediate but they will show themselves, provided you take them continuously as directed. Again, if you’re diabetic be careful of these. My sugar jumped 100 points after taking them so be prepared to get active once you take them to lower the levels in your blood.

This review is for the Nextdia Acetyl L-Carnitine supplements. I received 2 bottles of the vegan gummies. Each bottle has 60 gummies and 2 gummies = 1 serving. One serving = 500mg of L-Carnitine. Other ingredients include Alpha Lipoic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C. The flavor is a mild watermelon and they taste pretty good. If you look up the health benefits of L-Carnitine supplements you’ll find that it increases weight loss and improves brain function, etc. I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and I haven’t noticed any of these benefits, but that doesn’t it mean it’s not mildly working. It’s just not something you’re going to notice and say “wow, it works!” Overall, it’s a good product and I’ve been satisfied with the gummies. It also has a good distant expiration date. I’d recommend them if L-Carnitine supplements is what you’re looking for. 4/5 stars.

I had the gummies in the morning before heading out. They were supposed to help with energy, so I wanted to see if they would make a difference. The watermelon flavor wasn’t bad, just okay. I didn’t mind it, but it wasn’t something I’d crave either. I chewed them quickly, then waited a bit before starting my day.
At work, I noticed I was able to stay focused for longer than usual. I wasn’t getting distracted as easily. I didn’t feel a rush, just a steady feeling of being awake. I guess that’s what I was hoping for. Around midday, I usually get a bit tired, but today was different. I still felt pretty much the same as I did in the morning.
After work, I went to the gym. I usually feel too tired to do much, but this time I didn’t need to push myself as hard to get through the workout. My energy didn’t drop, so I managed to finish my routine without stopping. By the evening, I was tired, but it wasn’t the usual exhaustion. It was more like a feeling of having done enough.
I’ll probably keep taking them to see if the effect stays the same.

These are great, as far as I know, for what they are, and that is 2 gummies = 500mg. Most articles I have read, and what I take myself, is 1000 to 3000mg a day, which would be 4 to 12 gummies a day.
Taste is good. I hadn’t remembered it was watermelon flavored and at the first bite I was a little concerned about the flavor, but once I started chewing it, I did like it. It is very sticky, in my opinion, though. The gummies aren’t sticking to each other in the bottle, but they are definitely sticking inside the grooves of my molars.
One side effect of acetyl l carnitine is nausea, which I usually don’t get because I take it with food. I ate 4 of these on an empty stomach and forgot to eat afterwards, so I did get a little bit of nausea just like I have experienced with other brands. I’ve finished half a bottle and haven’t had any other problems because I usually take them with food.
Only 4 stars because this is a product that I cannot “definitely” tell is working. I believe there are a lot of great benefits to taking acetyl l carnitine, from fat burning to possibly preventing cataracts; but do I know if this specific product is working? No, it’s just one of many supplements I take.
