I’m drinking 2 Boost drinks a day to add protein to my daily diet on the advice of several Doctors for my wound healing. I had surgery in December and about 2 1/2 weeks later the site opened up (the consensus is radiation related). The Boost along with protein bars is hopefully helping the wound healing along. I do like the chocolate flavor, I’ve had the vanilla and personally didn’t care for it.

I just bought these because I was told my protein levels were a bit low. I was taking LiquaCel, which in 1oz has 16g of protein. Wasn’t working to well. I heard good reviews about Boost. So I bought a 12 pack of the green top chocolate. Put in fridge for a day, then put one in freezer for about 30 minutes. It was incredible!! They taste great, creamy and no aftertaste. With an 8oz bottle you get 20g of protein. I am on a renal diet, so I was concerned about the Potassium and my dietitian said it was ok since my Potassium was low as well. The phosphorus was a concern also, but I take phosphorus binders. So I am good on all counts. I really recommend these for those who need a protein drink or a supplement as I do.

I’ve been drinking these when I’m to sick to eat for years. The chocolate is the best tasting one, and has been really helpful for me maintaining my weight. Definitely consider these if you’re dealing with chronic sickness. They taste so much better than the ensure drinks that it’s unreal.

Got these for a good price. Good protein and calorie content. Not the best tasting but does the job and I like that the drinks are smaller but have the same nutritional content as a larger protein shake. A little too sweet in my opinion but much worse protein drinks out there!
