I have been using these for about 18 months now after switching from just a good probiotic, and I have seen a noticeable difference in the boost to my immune system, digestive, regularity, and broadened ability to eat items that I couldn’t after having my gallbladder removed years ago. I like that they are shelfstable so that I don’t have to worry about refrigerating them. The only thing I don’t like about this is that it’s a very large bottle considering there’s only 30 capsules in it. It feels very wasteful to the environment and takes up more shelf/counter space than it really needs to.

It really does the job for me….I can feel like my stomach being sucked in, it tightens up. For some reason when I eat I can’t eat everything on my plate. The only problem is that I pass gas and my urine smells.
Growing up I was on the chucky side and still am. My mom always told me to suck my gut in and that is what it feels like. Bloating isn’t a problem anymore.
I have told a couple friends of mine about the product and now they take it as well. I put this on a monthly subscription because it’s the cheapest that I have ever seen for 5 or 6 months, when I started the product.
