I like the product, but just wondering, Boiron, if you could have made it any more difficult to remove each suppository from their package than you already have?? Grrrrrrr. Fix that, for the love of God, please fix that. I have to use scissors to cut each one out and I am no mood to deal with that inconvenience nonsense given the reason I am using this product to begin with!!!!!!!! FIX. THIS. NOW.

I gave this product 5 stars because they work really really well but….. the shape is horrible!!! I’d seen the reviews mentioning this and thought ‘how bad could it be’ it’s pretty bad. I mean, I’ve used it when I’ve felt just a mild discomfort and wanted to stay ahead of the game- it wasn’t too bad- and then I’ve used it during a serious case of painful internal hemorrhoids (which is now) and IT WAS AGONIZING! I’ve been melting the tips so that the edges aren’t so rough! Seriously, do something about this! For ease of use and comfort i only gave it 3 and 4 stars.

Arrived in great condition! Florida summer here and no issues with melting. I didn’t have a problem with the shape, texture or anything…quality seems great! Excited to see results ). We trust all products from this company.

Looks like it was found in the trash. Bottom of the box is ripped off and contents is spilled out into the bag. Although it seems that the shells are intact, it’s disappointing to receive something in this condition, especially when it’s not returnable

I am a naturalist and I use the melts n they are amazing…these are for back up so I haven’t used them yet but just knowing the product company itself I am confident they will be great

The homeopathic preparation seems pretty effective in treating the roids… but as everyone else has pointed out it’s very very difficult to get the suppository out of its wee capsule.
I would strongly suggest that the mfg lengthen the opening tabby another 3/8”—and add a crimp or dimple on one or both sides of the tab in order to get a better grip to separate and split open the cocoon the suppository sits in.
( this is how the makers of “CALMIL 4” make their packaging more convenient to open. )
