I buy this product for me (age 50) and my daughter (age 17)! She is oftentimes sore after kick-boxing, and it works on her young joints as well as on my more mature joints LOL! Beyond knees, it works on achy backs and shoulders as well. I am highly sensitive to smells, but this is indeed odorless. I can treat knees with the gel roller and then put on my regular perfume with no combating scents, because there is none. This is a win win! I keep one at home and one in my purse, because hey! You never know when you’ll need it!

Use this on my knees, for me seems to work pretty good. I wish the roll on worked better, sometimes the ball gets stuck.

Pro: I use this for pain relief in other forms, but due to arthritis and a back injury I wanted something like this product to make it easier for me to apply in those hard to reach areas. I’ve been using it for a few days now, and have not experienced any issues with the roller ball that some reviewers had reported in the past. Other than it is more expensive to use, the convenience and ease of applying a thin film without having to use my hands to massage it into painful areas is awesome. It dries very quickly, in about the same time that I brush my teeth each night and is just as effective as the gel in a tube. I suggest gently shaking this while in the downward position without squeezing the tube to avoid unexpected leaking of the product. I know the directions tell you to squeeze it, but don’t. It works fine unless you have a defective or dried out expired version! My two packages are both fine. It’s more expensive in this version compared to the larger quantity I get with the ‘hands on’ gel tube, but sometimes I just hurt too much to deal with trying to reach behind my back due to arthritis. I will purchase it again, but it will be in addition to the economy size I also use. If the roller ball stops working, I’ll be back to update the review and rating, but I’m happy to recommend it now! One suggestion another reviewer had was to use more gel from the economy tube style to get the roller ball lubricated so it will move again. I plan on doing that same thing should it get stuck. Money back and/or exchange for product that arrives damaged is not an issue when purchased by Amazon ships and sold so old reviews that state there isn’t are no longer accurate. Hope this review helps others decide if it’s worth it for them to try. Enjoy!

I use Arnica gel constantly. Don’t buy this roller. It doesn’t come out! I have to roll and roll to get barely any. I thought it would be convenient to have this for my purse but such a pain to get anything out of the tube. Arnica isn’t cheap either if you buy this brand but other brands haven’t been good for me (smell, sticky).
