Love this protein powder. Easier to find here consistently and comparable price.

I have been using this protein powder for almost a year, it mixes easy in a shaker cup with ice cubes and I definitely have seen the results of 60 g of protein per shake. Most of the time instead of mixing water or milk with the powder I use premier protein, which gives me an additional 30 g of protein, which makes one drink 90 a gram protein shake!
Proteins + workouts build muscle!!!!

A little scared going into it, I’ve heard chocolate was supposed to be one of the worst protein flavors to get. Turns out, one of the best! Taste is pretty good, if you use milk it’s VERY CLOSE to the texture flavor and taste of Brownie Batter! Smell is decent, not great, not TERRIBLE. Blending…I’ve had no clumps, I use a vortex shaker instead of a whisk or blender ball. I would and WILL buy it again, definitely the best for product quality and value for money!

Used this product for 3 months and didn’t see much of a change in my muscle growth.
I lift a lot of weight for my job. More than the average person would at the gym on a daily basis.
I didn’t see or feel much of a difference from what I was using before.
I drank 2-3 shakes a day and while it tastes okay, it wasn’t really that filling for me, and you get only about half of the container which felt more like a rip off for the price.
There’s definitely better brands that show better results in less time.
It may work for someone that lifts less than 10K lbs a day , 5 days a week.
For me it’s a hard nope. I gave it a good shot. The stuff I take now I see & feel the results in just a month .
Id say try it and if it works for you, great, if not , then try something else

I bought 2 containers of this stuff. BTW, they are just half full. I assume the listed weight of product is correct, but that aside there is a major problem with not just this manufacturer, but practically all the manufacturers I’ve previewed over the last 2-3 hours. Here it is:
No one lists the actual protein content by the recognized 9 essential amino acids (EAA). They may say the protein contains EAA or BCAA (subset of EAA), but where is the label that lists the EAA contained per gram? Nowhere that I could find, even at the products home website.
The World Health Organization is specific regarding EAA required for “normal” body maintenance:
Histidine: ~10 mg per kg of body weight
Isoleucine: ~20 mg per kg of body weight
Leucine: ~39 mg per kg of body weight
Lysine: ~30 mg per kg of body weight
Methionine + Cysteine (combined): ~15 mg per kg of body weight
Phenylalanine + Tyrosine (combined): ~25 mg per kg of body weight
Threonine: ~15 mg per kg of body weight
Tryptophan: ~4 mg per kg of body weight
Valine: ~26 mg per kg of body weight
I can only assume the requirements for heavy training could be substantially higher – Leucine in particular.
So the question remains – what exactly am I buying and consuming. These prices are non-trival. If I’m drinking “enhanced” chocolate milk I think I deserve to know exactly what I’m consuming. It’s not just this company (brand) either. This has turned into a research project.
