Overall this stuff is just OK. I don’t love it but I don’t hate it either. It does NOT give me any jittery feeling and does not upset my stomach at all but it has a weird texture when drinking since it contains micro beadlets that don’t fully dissolve since they are used to release caffeine slowly over time. Also, I am not a huge fan of the taste personally but there are certainly worst tasting ones out there so I’ll probably just finish this can of powder and not purchase again.

It mixing will with juice or water and so effective on my stomach with no smell and you don’t even taste it, so it’s ease to take 😌. Definitely recommend this brand

A great post workout staple. Helps recovery and stave off the inevitable soreness after working out. Mix it with your favorite sports drink. Practically flavorless and mixes easily.

Glutamine is really good for you. I use it because I weight train and that is a killer on your body. Glutamine helps your body release HGH (Human Growth Hormone). HGH helps to burn body fat and increase the size of your muscles. It also helps your body support your muscles (rather than breaking them down). It is also supposed to help keep your GI tract working properly.
This Glutamine is great. There is no taste or smell. You can mix it into anything without messing up the taste. Just be careful not to heat it up since glutamine shouldn’t be heated. I mix this into my pre & post workout shakes. Also I mix it in my before bed shake. The price is one of the best out there and so far it works just like all the other ones I have tried.

Glutamine is the real deal. It’s tasteless and it’s great for your gut health and immune system.
There are certain fads that come and go. Super foods, creams, shampoos, oils, vitamins/minerals. Diets also become popular and then become forgotten. Glutamine has never been a fad, but it will never need to prove itself. It has a reputation of being a bodybuilding supplement, but I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone with leaky gut or ulcers, and I would still recommend it to anyone who exercises regularly. Just mix it in with your water; it dissolves and is completely tasteless. It helps you recover and will keep you from getting sick often if you have that issue.
Your Glutamine levels decrease on regular activity, and without supplementation, you put yourself at risk of deficiency.
This particular brand is very high quality. I haven’t tried others, but mostly because I haven’t had the need to. The powder is very fine and there are no clumps.
They used to include a scoop which they no longer do. But I just use a dry spoon. Everyone should add this to their regular supplementation. It’s cheap, effective, proven, and lasts forever.
I would also suggest taking Vitamin D, as that is another supplement that is proven to help for many that don’t get the recommended amount of sun.

I tried this bc it was affordable. I am so glad I did. This preworkout is not very stimulating, and I had no idea I would like these type of pre workouts as much as I do.
Does not cause itchiness or hyperactivity like other pre workouts. This might be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you are looking for. I do find pre workouts that are more stimulating motivate me to get moving bc they are so uncomfortable. However, this one is not like that, it does give me energy, allows me to finish my routine and hit it hard, but without making me hyper. It’s perfect as you can take it at 6Pm get your routine going and go to bed 6 hours later no problem.
The only problem I have with it is that it does not dissolve all the way, you basically need to swallow whole pieces of components that taste like a pill.

I have purchased this several times now and have always been happy with the product. It has no real taste to it and mixes well with my other powder supplements in one shaker. No clumping or separating. Goes done easy. Very reasonably priced compared to other brands for the same serving size. Why pay more for the same thing.
