This is the most awful stuff I have ever tasted. It is more sour than any sauerkraut I have ever eaten. I have tried blending it with water and applesauce and it didn’t help. I contacted the seller and they told me that this foul taste is perfectly normal. I have taken good quality probiotics for years and have never encountered such wretchedness. I have resorted to putting it in capsules and swallowing it, but I still get bile-tasting burps. I suggested to the seller that the product could have spoiled, but they assured me that was not possible. REALLY????
