I am sad to report that the (Grown Ass Man) “Campfire King” is anything but that. Campfire scent is a close second to what it should actually be, once wet and lathered it is more closely compared to a dill pickle…while realizing that this IS an exfoliating soap, I would prefer welding slag running down my forearms while wearing long-sleeved shirts. It is so extremely brutal that it’s almost impossible to use on even the tougher of the body areas such as palm of hands and outer forearms. Anything else is nearly impossible.
Very disappointed. I was extremely excited to try it as well as possibly many others they show to offer.

The soaps smell great. I just wish they had shipped the 6 pack with 5 fragrances instead of 3, since that was what the pictures showed.

I love the smell and exfoliation. You can feel the roughness of the pumace stone and it brings out the glow of healthy skin. I use both the soap and an exfoliating glove. It really does have a nice Smoky smell to it. It doesn’t dry out my skin and moisturizes nicely. I also use the shampoo bar for my hair with the same scent. I absolutely love this soap!

Yeah, I was really hoping for what was on the label, cedar wood and pine, but as soon as I opened the envelope, I was hit with the strong scent of patchouli, which when I checked the ingredients, was one of the essential oils used. If you folks are going to use a scent that pungent (and polarizing in opinion), you should really say that clearly with the other 2 scents listed.

I purchased a variety pack, assuming I’d find a favorite. First, none really standout for me. Two, the soap is cut with sharp edges. Better wash your hands a few times to wear down the edges. It will be a one time purchase. On a personal note, who wants to smell like a campfire after a shower…..lol? Not a 6 bar $40.00 soap!

These new bars are made for guys… hey we sweat, get dirty, and have oily skin. Want clean skin? Want to smell good? Buy them! You will love them… the new bars are a home run and Eco-friendly to boot.
I’ve used the shampoo bars for some time, they last forever in the shower. I even used them to shave with. Have to admit The new bars treat my skin better and shaving is a breeze.
