I loved this electrolyte packet! Not only was it delicious but I definitely felt better than usual after a long day of activities and socializing. The powder also dissolved well into water which is something I’ve found difficult with other electrolyte powders. The flavor was really good. I’d purchase this again!

I use this before going to a tailgate this year and felt pretty decent afterwards. Not 100% but it could have helped some. It’s hard to tell with these things. The flavor was good. I did have to continue to stir it because it did have some settling. I preferred the flavor with more water added than recommended. I think this is a neat idea to have a pregame drink mix that could help you feel better after!

First of all, the taste of this is delicious! It’s bright and refreshing and mixes very easily. After 2-3 glasses of wine, I tend to feel sluggish the next day, and while I don’t do that often, it’s nice to get to indulge every now and then with friends. This past weekend, I knew I would have a few glasses of wine Saturday night, so in the afternoon I mixed the Pre-game and drank it before going out. Sunday morning I woke up feeling great and refreshed and I had gotten a great night of sleep. Looking forward to keeping this on hand for those nights when an extra drink or 2 is in the cards.

This powder is a great way to ensure you stay hydrated (and buffer your liver health) when you plan on stressful, dehydrating activities. The salt mix includes himalayan pink salt (228mg per packet), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane, a sulfur source, 250mg) and potassium citrate (100mg). The herbs include milk thistle seed extract, ginger root, prickly pear leaf/stem, licorice root extract, and monk fruit extract, along with acacia gum and stevia leaf extract. This blend also contains NAC (500mg), taurine (250mg), glycine (750mg) and vitamins C, B6, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folate, vitamin b12 and chromium polynicotinate. Quite a complete vitamin and mineral supplement!
The packets are small and easy to tuck in a pocket or toiletries bag; they’re about the length of my middle finger and two fingers wide. They have a ‘berry’ flavor labeled “raspberry lime” and the instructions say to mix the powder from one packet into 14 ounces of cold water, stir and consume. Each packet has 0.27 oz of powder, and the nutritional panel is clearly printed on the back with a full list of the ingredients and their quantities. The batch I received arrived in Sept, 2024 and the expiration date is Feb, 2026. The packets also have the distributor company’s name and physical address printed on the back, along with a reminder to drink responsibly.
The box is nicely designed to open with a slanted, perforated line to create a dispenser with a tilted edge, easy to grab packets from. There’s also a perforated line in the top cardboard flap, if you prefer to have the dispenser on its side instead. There are 10 packets per box.

I’ve been using Blueshift Pre-Game not for alcohol, but because I dehydrate easily and am mindful of my liver health. This blend really helps me stay hydrated, especially with the pink Himalayan salt and all the added vitamins. The NAC and milk thistle are also great for long-term liver support, which is a huge plus for me.
While the convenience of the small, travel-ready packets is great, the raspberry lime flavor isn’t my favorite. It’s not horrible, but definitely not something I look forward to drinking. Still, for the benefits I’m getting, it’s worth it.
If you’re looking for something to keep you hydrated and give your liver a little extra care, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try!

So I will say, no exaggeration, that this stuff work well for me. I’m kind of surprised to to say it, honestly. Granted this stuff is “supposed” to be consumed the night before, but I’ve just been having it the morning after a night out, and it helps me out – a lot. That’s the part that’s surprising to me. I don’t know if it’s the vitamins or what, but I’ve tried others that sort of seemed to help only a bit.
The flavor is reasonably okay, but it does have a minor vitamin taste, and it also has a moderate vitamin aroma – almost like when you first open a multi-vitamin jar. But you do still taste the berry-lime flavor. Not bad at all, and totally drinkable. It dissolves pretty well in plain old tap water.
Overall worth it. I would get it again.

They say it’s good for a myriad of things including hangover. Since I don’t drink it’s not easy for me to verify that. But it surely will keep you hydrated. The Himalayan salt in the product will provide you with natural electrolytes. It’s sugar free and comes in a decent flavor for a good tasting supplement.
