Miscellaneous Comments:
The blueprint website has lots of great information on each individual supplement, including breakdowns of each ingredient in the supplement, and in the case of this supplement, even the equivalent amount of raw garlic you are consuming (since the garlic in this supplement is in extract form). It also claims to follow clinical studies, but unfortunately does not list which studies. The dosages do seem to line up with most of the studies I found when doing some general research on the active ingredients. Only reason this gets knocked down a star is due to lack of ingredient sourcing information, and not providing links to the studies of which they claim to be basing the supplement on.
One thing to note about Red Yeast Rice Extract is (from my understanding/research) it can have a signficiant impact on your cholesterol, and is actually considered a natural form of a statin, which are a class of drugs for treating high cholesterol. So really make sure you do your research before taking something like this, and talk to your dr!

The capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave any sort of noticeable after taste or lingering scent. I cannot speak to their effectiveness as I am not a doctor, but the product is definitely easy to take.

The Blueprint testing, retesting and verification process has resulted in another clean, pure product.
This one checks off almost every box in your supplement routine. Gluten-free, non-dairy, non-GMO, vegan, natural ingredients. The Blueprint brand is known for obsessive testing and purification. These tasteless garlic capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or garlic burps. The casing is smooth and won’t scratch on the way down like some people have experienced with other capsules.
Results are always subjective, especially when it takes a doctor’s test to see what’s happening on the inside…but so far so good. I’ve been taking garlic for awhile and really prefer these to some other questionable brands I have tried. Blueprint is backed up with research and that’s a big bonus point for me.
